I am not a great skier, and I haven't been on the slopes for quite a while, but do they usually put trees on the runs? Even on Black Diamond runs?
I wonder if this gentleman was skiing "out of bounds"....

head-first in the well of a tree. I bet he drowned in the 24" of powder that fell this weekend. Sometimes if your skis don't fall off you can really struggle in this situation.

If anything actually destroys the environment, it’s ski resorts. Thousands of trees are destroyed as well as animal habitats- all in the name of recreation. Amazingly, greenies like this guy and countless greenie movie stars seem to be the most avid skiers.
