You can either get born in the USA meth-head who thinks he’s God’s gift to you or you can hire a mexican who’s sending every penny back home to support his/her family. It’s a no brainer.

Yeah, the drugs keep flowing in at the same time!

Oh, I’d still vote for him in the general (if it comes to that, God forbid) due to concerns about HillObama-appointed judges, but you’re certainly right to imply that ENOUGH people on the right would “sit home” that McCain’s nomination would be much more likely to result in a Dem win. Can’t really blame them, even if I can’t go quite that far.

"guest-worker plan would actually force many illegal aliens to leave"

McCain is correct, but the actual number that leave will depend on the cut-off date that Congress uses in the legislation.

In 2006, when the GOP controlled congress, the cut-off date was Jan 2004.

In 2007, after the dems took control of congress, the cut-off date was changed to a much more current date.

Over period when it was enforced, the number of people who successfully escaped into West Germany numbered only in the thousands as opposed to the millions who would have liked to come escape. Overall, I’d say the wall worked pretty damn well.

So are you a meth-head? Or are you maligning all Americans except yourself?

Here are the Senators who voted against the Cornyn amendment , which would have established a permanent bar for gang members, terrorists, and other criminals looking to snag a shamnesty visa. Republicans underlined:

Never forget McCain not only pushed the amnesty bill, he refused to allow exclusions for the worst of the lot. And he unloaded his infamous temper on his mild-mannered senate colleague for having the audacity to introduce this amendment.

Apologies to any who feel I am spamming this message on campaign threads, but it is an important message on a key vote which needs to get out.

Probably true. The same way the driver's-license-for-drunken-kennedys program reduces drownings.

Well, America was once a grand country. That’s the least the new Mexican history books should give us.

“In the unlikely event that McCain got the nomination”

McCain is right now a 2 to 3 betting favorite to become the GOP nominee.

Is there time and money and a willing candidate to put a new conservative party on the ballot this year?

Of course!!! A Guest worker Program will eliminate illegals!!!

We can eliminate criminals too, by repealling a lot of laws!!

That John McCain, always good for a laugh. And no matter how hard he tries to “re-invent” himself, deep down inside he is still that media pandering left-wing RINO.

At this point I honestly don’t think their appointments would be any worse than his. He prides himself on being a “maverick” and he’d do whatever he damn well pleased.

Meth is made in America - FYI.

And the only people who are losing out to the Mexicans for work are the ones who were too stupid to go to school and learn something. There’s a reason why people are poor and it ain’t the fault of illegal immigrants.

My sense is that McCain would appoint O’Connors and Kennedys (Anthony). Which is kinda bad compared to Robertses and Alitos, but compared to what? HillObama will appoint young versions of Laurence Tribe. JMO.

On the issue of judges anyway, I favor Mitt (has Bork endorsement) and Giuliani (has Ted Olson and Miguel “Never Even Got A Hearing” Estrada advising him).

I think I would just about vote democrat before voting for McCain.

I wouldn't go that far but I will write myself in like I did in 2006 when McCain was running for re-election.

Meth is made in America - FYI

For your information, since the US government tightened up controls on chemicals used to make meth, most of it comes from your preferred country, mexico, brought here by your pals, the illegal mexicans. You are a traitor. Enjoy it.
