Kerry, demonstrating a child-like inability to let go, on Tuesday dragged out the swiftboating analogy in an e-mail responding to what he called "disgusting lies" that "they" are floating that Obama is a secret Muslim and refuses to observe the Pledge of Alliance.

Um, no it's not. Officers don't receive discharges, bad conduct or otherwise. The worst that can happen to an officer is to be dismissed from service.

You would be better served questioning how his (supposed) Silver Star (w v for valor) got on his DD214. Besides V for Valor with SS being bogus, the award was presented to him by Lehman in 1980 or so...Unless Kerry was still in an ‘active’ status, the award would have went on his DD215, which is a supplement (correction or update) to the DD214.
To think this phony almost advanced to the highest office in the land...No wonder all these ‘wannabees’ have no qualms over outlandish claims, they feel nothing will happen to them....
In effect Kerry was 'Swiftboated' by Klintoon.

If indeed he did sign SF180-Can anyone file a claim under the Freedom of Information Act to gain access to his records?
I believe he signed it but stipulated that only he receive the documents and then he selectively released them to the Boston Globe or some other commie paper.
