AND NOW . . . amidst billowing clouds of fragrant, aromatic first- and second-hand premium cigar smoke. . . it is time for . . . that harmless, lovable little fuzz ball, a highly-trained broadcast specialist, having more fun than a human being should be allowed to have, from behind the golden EIB microphone, firmly ensconced in the prestigious Attila-the-Hun chair at the Limbaugh Institute of Advanced Conservative Studies, at the cutting-edge of societal evolution, with talent on loan from G-d, with half his brain tied behind his back just to make it fair, the all-knowing, all-caring, all-sensing, all-feeling, Maha-Rushie! America's Anchorman, Truth Detector, and Doctor of Democracy. He knows the Democrats like every square inch of his glorious naked body. He is ready to do what he was born to do--That's host. Get ready to what you were born to do--That's listen (and post your comments on the Rush Limbaugh LIVE Radio Thread).
IT'S OPEN LINE FRIDAY!
He was very gracious and kind to Rudy in interviews. Yes, we New Yorkers love a strong leader like Haley Barbour.
I have done business with them. They are a smart bunch. Work like maniacs. Earn their money. Take calculated bets. Love public turnarounds and unwind issues at private companies nobody else would tackle. I’m sure they had to force layoffs but typically they do not milk businesses. I work on Wall Street and there is so much slime and stupidity is maybe why I’m so impressed with them. On a relative basis it is a decent firm with decent people. Very creative and basically good guys.
One reason I like to see Romney President is that he is the only guy running that has the skill and resources to streamline the federal government. We will get all kinds of MSM complaining about federal jobs, but I think is the nearest thing we could get to fix the mess.
Thune- he knocked off Daschle.
I could not stomach watching all the debate. What makes you say this?
He was never on our side in the first place.
Brokered convention could open the door for FRed, Part Deux.

They’ll bring them back to bash the Pubbies, though!
Point of information from Presidential Election Nerd
Dems over 50%
Jimmuh got 50.5% over Ford... JFK got 49.7-49.5% for Nixon.
LBJ got 63% over Goldwater
The only other 50% for the Dems in the 20th century was the four FDR elections... Truman and Wilson didn’t get 50% popular vote...
The trouble is that for many people it is more likely they will substitute in "Moslem" or "Satanist."
John McCain is a nearly life long politician and Washington insider and part of the Ted Kennedy clique. Mike Huckabee has at least been a governor but nothing important re economics. Rudolph Giuliani was major of NY but his activities in business are not impressive and there is lots of baggage Hillary can spin.
After Fred dropped out, I had a few hours of peace...thinking, “Okay, I’ll just move on to Mitt.”
It’s like eating a rice cake.
Will the DBM STFU about McCain if he flames out next Tuesday? Please!!!!!
McCain is confident he can win the base of the party? He’s living in an alternate universe.
HA! Carol Costello just got talked up by Rush. Ask for a raise, Carol!
The question is, which candidate will destroy the Republican Party more slowly?
There are always some who cannot be reached. That is just a fact.
Oh, Thune! I didn’t recognize him. Based on what I remember from his senate campaign, I would definitely be willing to consider him as a VP candidate.
I was in South Florida over Christmas and the Repubs I talked to are voting Rudy.
“I just love that you can use hoi polloi in conversation!”
I could probably use it to, but I’m not sure what it means.
Sullivan has been batting for the other team for a long time (if you get my drift).
THANK ME!
