McCain is trying to get Huck to draw some more votes from Romney. They probably discussed this beforehand.
To: TornadoAlley3
The Huckster and his one-liners are irritating as hell
To: tsmith130
Maybe we can do “Dancing With the Candidates” next.

I am a Fredhead, but agree 90% of the time with Mitt and Rudy. Mitt looks very presidential. McCain (a patriot I will not take cheap shots at) looks cranky and old. Rudy is doing well and I saw firsthand his miraculous turnaround of NY.
I would be OK with any of these 3-especially considering the alternative. Not my first choice, but I have no choice if Hillary or Obama win.

Mitt: We cannot turn Iraq over to Al Qaeda
Slams Democrats for being audacious and arrogant claiming credit for the success in Iraq by the blood and courage of our men and women.
Mitt’s memorable statements ring clear as a bell. What an real American!

So, is Russert one of the debators now?
To: HonestConservative
I agree - Rudy is delusional. Poor people in China come out from ‘under’, and they can then buy more from us. Huh? Buy WHAT from us? All our manufacturing bases are out-sourced over seas. We have nothing left to make to sell to anybody.
To: Pravious
McCain looks as puzzled as I feel re Huck’s sermon.

Huck steal Obama’s playbook?
To: TomGuy
Heard that conversation Russert said to Williams before the break. Could not make it out clearly but seemed to indicate that Russert was surprised at something and seemed urgent.
To: Sunnyflorida
I don’t want him, but he has done well tonight.

He killed (effectively) our work in 95’ and the contract eventually defaulted back to the military at 4 times the cost in 1999. (I left in 97’ BTW)

Russert has not been effective with his questioning so far, to get someone angry and in the attack mode. The Democrats attacked each other during the last debate 100 times more.
Democrats will accuse Russert of being easy on Republicans.
