A midget has four wheels and races around a oval track, usually dirt.

midget is a derogatory term. Little people and dwarf are the designations preferred by dwarfs. I’m not sure why but I see no reason not to respect their wishes.

What’s the difference between a dwarf and a midget?If all those shows on the Discovery Channel are right, a midget is someone with a pituitary problem who is basically just really small. It can now be corrected in childhood with growth hormones and actual midgets today are rare.
Dwarfism is a medical condition that cannot be corrected and there are many types of dwarfism.
