(CNN) -- Bitter cold gripped most of the United States on Monday, with temperatures dipping below normal from coast to coast.
Temperatures in the Upper Midwest and Northern Plains were about 30 degrees below normal, CNN meteorologist Bonnie Schneider said.
"It's very hard to find any part of the country that's warm," Schneider said.

come on, don’t you know “climate change” is responsible for the cold weather? “global warming” went out the window because it can’t account for the cold.

all we have to do to completely solve this earths weather problems is give algore lots of money and he’ll make it all go away in 10 years..

So much for Joe Bastardi (of Accuweather).
His prediction before winter was after a colder then normal December, January would be much above normal in temperature.

Weather forecasters are about as accurate as political pollsters, who are about as accurate as financial gurus telling you which way the markets are heading.
