Woke up to 1°F temp this morning, plus 15-20 MPH wind.
I feel for those of you in -30° F temps. That's dang cold anywhere.

I tell people they have no idea what COLD is until they've been out in -35 degree temperatures on the Canadian prairies, with a stiff wind blowing as well.
It's really weird driving your car in the morning . . . the tires make a thump-thump-thump sound for the first few miles -- from being frozen somewhat flat on one side all night long.

Yep, “brisk”...here in Idaho this a.m. -12 at my little casa...at 3 p.m. 1-degree. Better give ole dobbin an extra scoop of 4-Way tonight.
