Today is a sad day for America, and a sad day for me personally. A fantastic man, a patriot, a HERO, has dropped out of the presidential race. The political machine won.
So what is the future of this website? Do we have a future?

No rejection by Republicans but by non-Republicans, "accept that fact and act accordingly" thyself!
1. Support Fred Thompson
2. Alan Keyes is like Huckelberry, he likes to hear himself talk.
3. As it’s looking Fred isn’t going to win. That means take election day off. I can see a guy like McFlap alternate Supreme Court decision (Shumer choses 1, and he choses 1) he’s a frekin loser.
4. Duncan Hunter is the true “war hero” patriot.
What percent of Hunter backers will go Ron Paul?
What persent of Hunter backers will go Fred?
I will vote and help any state conservative but as
far as POTUS, I am sad to say, After the Lion has
left, the Jackals can divide the spoils.
You are correct.......... what’s good for Walmart is good for America because Walmart is America at it’s finest.
Considering the only place discussion about hunter happened was here on FR and yesterday it barely resulted in 2000 votes, it is a valid question.
2000 people would probably be a start for a group of interested people.
Stop! I wanna get off! ....errrrr......disembark.
I had hope with Duncan Hunter. Gained respect with Glenn Beck. Lost respect for Fox, Hannity, Rush, ORiley, not because they didnt back him but because they deliberately refused to even mention him in the lineup. Never had respect for the rest of MSM, but have a new founded hate for them.
I’m done with the Republican party and many conservatives need to be ashamed of themselves. Duncan Hunter was the best opportunity to come around in 20 yrs. and exactly what the United States needed at this time. There is no one who is better prepared to lead this country on the tending liberal population of our country or with the threats we are facing from China, Russia and the terrorists. But the GOP chose to condone the despicable treatment of Duncan Hunter and many ‘conservatives’ as well. All for polls, empty ‘names’. Now it’s too late. We are in for a bad yr. and more and more bleak yrs. to come.
He entered the race and had to actually campaign!
Hunter needs to leave the GOP. He can run for a new party.
We are in for difficult times. McCain may be good on fighting wars(aside from protecting terrorists from ‘torture’), but he wants to officially destroy the US from within with illegals.
Fred cannot win a general election and he’s really not all that conservative. When he drops out, enjoy him endorsing McCain.
And please, unless you want to sound like some paranoid asshat from DU, lay off the conspiracy nonsense. It’s really gotten old. I'm tired of hearing how the MSM "conspired" against Duncan, how Fox "conspired" again him , etc. I haven't seen this many conspiract theories since the heyday of the John Birch Society.
What about ‘none of the above’.
No matter which of the remaining turkeys you support, you are to be thanked for the predicament the GOP is in. So mock all you want, the best man was deliberately denied so much as getting his name mentioned as a candidate let alone getting an opportunity to actually make his case for why he is OBVIOUSLY the best. Couldn’t have that! No, it’s all about ‘celebrity’ with dumbarses so now we are left with empty ‘names’ who are in no way going to do good for conservatism.
Just change to “Democrat Haters Grass Revolt.”
Let’s turn our attention to Congress because the Presidency is already lost. Not one candidate remaining is worth your endorsement. You’re either going to get Hillary or Hillary Lite.
We needed to know who the real friends of American Conservativism are. Certainly, Shamnity and Rushbo are not.
