18-Year-Old Charged With Raping Child ("new American")

LA VERGNE, Tenn. - An 18-year-old Salvadoran man was arrested and charged with raping a child.

Authorities said he should not have been living in the United States because he emigrated illegally.

Police arrested Diego Francisco Escobar-Landaverde for allegedly raping a 12-year-old girl.

Police initially denied having sex with the girl over weekend. The girl told her mother what happened the next day.

"He admitted having sex with a 12-year-old," said La Vergne Police Chief Ted Boyd.

Police are linking Escobar-Landaverde to a sexual attack on a young girl inside a vacant mobile home.

His charge renews an ongoing debate about how to trace illegal immigrants who are, in the eyes of some investigators, untraceable.

Boyd said he doesn't have a Social Security number or driver's license.

More and more illegal immigrants crowd county jails.

This leaves sheriffs and police chiefs wondering how to charge them, whether to deport them or not and how to get around an obvious language barrier.

"It's a problem," said La Vergne Police Lt. Stace Thompson.

A stumbling block, police said, is no excuse for breaking the law.

"I don't think that there's a clear understanding that it's not acceptable here by those people when they come from some other place," Thompson said.

Escobar-Landaverde is from El Salvador.

"Right now, it would appear that he should not be here," Thompson said.

Escobar-Landaverde was deported out of Rio Grande, Texas, nearly two years ago.

The federal government is extending a helping hand to police, offering training on how to handle such foreign offenders.

It is an idea the chief in La Vergne embraces.

"It's something we're going to look into, and if it's feasible and it's something that we can do to help our community -- then we're going to do it," Boyd said.

Escobar-Landaverde's relatives, who speak little English, claimed he has until this March to get out of the country.

He told police it was consensual sex, but the alleged victim, who is also Salvadoran, disagreed.

Agents from Immigration and Customs Enforcement will take him into custody after La Vergne police finish with him.

Rutherford County Sheriff's deputies are also on-board with the government's 287-G program, a how-to course on handling illegal immigrants.

But a spokesman said, for some reason, ICE officials have pushed back the start date.

No accomodation whatsoever for Illegals. Iffen they don’t speak English, let ‘em HIRE a translator.
As punishment, let ‘em dig a moat along the southern border, and build the fence on TOP of the North bank of the border-long dirtpile.
Sentences should be in TONS of earth moved for the ditch.
Give ‘em a chip necklace, Weigh ‘em and their wheelbarrow each AM. Fill, go to electronic scale, get readout, dump, repeat—until their 50-1000 tons are dumped.
Poetic justice, no?

Bingo. Therefore, illegals will be known for doing illegal things. Isn’t it great how the government creates divisions by it’s complicit actions?

For the AFIRE ping list. Ho hum, another illegal alien outrage, and the best republican candidate who is a standard bearer on this issue continues to be ignored.

I really don’t think that for the most part, the politicians/government have any interest whatsoever in stemming the tide and securing our borders. They have their own interests, which give them power and money “under the radar”, and they could pay lip service to the idea of actually stopping the flow of illegal immigration until a majority of Americans woke up for a short while and protested when they tried to shove “amnesty” down our throats. But the politicians aren’t stupid, they know that all they have to do is bide their time and a combination of apathy and Americans being bludgeoned with the “guilt” card by their cohorts in the media, will put them back on their track. Nothing will change, they have too much invested in not letting it change and in furthering their own plans. Every once in a while someone like Duncan Hunter or Tom Tancredo who have no ulterior motives and nothing to hide, comes along and speaks the truth, but you can see yourself how those people are marginalised, made to look like a “fringe” element, and their voices muted or silenced. Nothing’s going to change, those in politics have too much at stake personally. This is the path they’ve been going down for a while, nothing’s going to interfere.

It’ll be Monday before I pick it up. I’ll add it now otherwise it’ll get buried in my pings.

I don’t visit immigration threads during the day. Not that I don’t want to, but it makes it a real thorn in the morning when I’m trying to build my daily list. If I’ve visited the site, then it’s marked as such and it’s a hassle to determine whether I’ve already listed it or not. It’s an upkeep type thing. And it’s unfortunate because it means a lot of threads I want to visit I have to refrain from.

Someday I’ll figure out an easy way to circumvent this, but so far I’m coming up blank.

We don’t need a fence. We need to cut of ALL aid/employment/housing to anyone in this country illegally. Simply said, enforce the laws we have in place and these invaders will self-deport...

Does News Channel 5 even read what they write before the newscaster reads it on air? I certainly hope so.

Uproar in ALL Latin American, Asian, and African countries when this happens (A westerner rapes an underage girl).

Hunt the child molester down (rightly so)...as in Thailand.

In western countries.... An acceptable burden of multiculturalism.

Go figure.

We don’t need a fence, we need a minefield. Like the one between North and South Korea.

I wonder if that would have any impact on the New World Order or Globalization? Probably not, since those are merely "fabricated ideas." /s

LINE-UP OF EVIL

Melvin Jovel, Jose Carranza, Rodolfo Godinez (L to R)

These three are the barbarians who savagely mutilated four young Black college students w/ machetes, then shot three of them dead execution-style FOR NO APPARENT REASON. Killer Carranza, an illegal from Peru, also had 31 counts of child rape (despite his outrageous crimes against children, this scumbag was let go scot-free by a braindead judicial system).

NEWARK FIENDS FIRST FAILED AT SEX ATTACK
By AUSTIN FENNER NY POST August 23, 2007

EXCERPT The thugs who shot four college students (and killed three) in Newark reportedly preceded their sick attack by trying to sexually assault their two female victims.

A family member of one of the slain victims described the level of savagery of the attack. He said the thugs used a machete to hack their victims. "They cut my niece's face off," said John McClain, who is Iofemi Hightower's great-uncle, and the chaplain of the Newark Police Department. "They cut her from cheek to cheek. They left her head hanging."

One aspect of this is absurd: "This leaves sheriffs and police chiefs wondering how to charge them, whether to deport them or not and how to get around an obvious language barrier."

What's to wonder? In this case, the guy raped a 12 year old child. They don't have laws on the books making that a felony? The issue of deportation should only come up (by default) once the guy has served his term in prison (and may it be a long one). They don't have people on the force that speak Spanish?

The writer may have been thinking in general, but why put this in the article unless he wanted to muddy it up?

Giuliani has never mentioned his involvement with the firm in his ads or campaign appearances. SkyWatch, in collaboration with military contractor Raytheon, is seeking to market the sensor technology to the federal government.

AuntB...I totally forgot about this....what would we do without your magnificent memory??? Thanks for your post and link!

I wish I had an adequate reply for you, but I’m at a loss.

In a perfect world, there would be a blue flu epidemic one day next week and when averyone came back to work the followign day, society would have simply taken out the trash for them.

That way, our overseers won’t be required to think beyond the end of their own noses that are smeared with PC crap.
