No, it was a poll. This is why you have to go and check on the source for the real information. They said that today’s numbers didn’t come from a poll. It came from their prediction market.

The SC numbers are a telephone survey. You are talking about the National numbers that are based on the ‘markets’

What you are reading is a blurb that Rasmussen puts on every poll he puts out. He is advertising a separate product in that blurb, his prediction market.

The item we are discussing is his South Carolina poll taken yesterday....

The latest Rasmussen Reports telephone survey of South Carolina’s Republican.
