A group of Mexican lawmakers have taken it upon themselves to make a trip to the United States to say they don't like tough immigration laws. Nine state legislators from Sonora traveled to Tucson, Arizona to tell 'em how they really feel about Arizona's new employer sanction law.
Como se dice en espanol: "Mind your own damned business." Now get this, the Mexican lawmakers are upset because Arizona's law "will have a devastating effect on the Mexican state." Yeah ... all those Mexicans coming back home really bothers them.
Excuse me, but just how is this Arizona's problem? These lawmakers say that Sonora can't handle the demand for housing, jobs and schools if the Mexicans return to their hometown. Again, why is this Arizona's problem?
A Mexican representative is upset because there is not one person living in Sonora who doesn't have a friend or relative working in Arizona ... gee, that's a scary thought. Imagine if every Mexican in Mexico had a family member living in the United States. Wait .. that's probably the case right now! But the representative also points out that this Arizona law is going to lead to the disintegration of the family. How's that? If the father comes home from his illegal journey to the U.S., how does that lead to the destruction of his family? Can we deny these idiots visas?
...especially if they refused to remove their sombreros in his presence.
Fortunately for them, they don’t live in Arizona. ;-)
I “feel” their pain. I’m not overly wowed by their immigration laws, either. I dislike their apparent tacit approval for the criminal element running loose and preying on the innocent, as well. Therefore, I won’t be visiting Mexico any time in my lifetime. There, there, now. I feel much better.
What are we suppose to do? Lend them a hankie?
Because GWB has spent eight years telling Mexcian nat'ls that the US belongs to Mexico. They believed him. We didn't let GW actually hand it over, yet, and now he hates conservatives for thwarting him. That's why he's now finding ways to spite conservatives--like supporting gun-grabbling legislation and sucking up to the global-warming kooks.
And deport the illegals until they obey our laws, come here legally, and learn English.
Why do we entertain these fools?
Until Conservatives reframe the problem we will continue to be portrayed as mean and angry and selfish.
The mexican people flooding over the borders are coming for two reasons, money and security. The Mexican government continues to rape its coffers and is one of the most corrupt governments around.
If they would clean up their own back yard they wouldn’t be needing ours.
Well I don’t like Mexican law that says I can’t just enter illegally and receive free healthcare and welfare. No woman, man or transgendered person is illegal, and it is wrong that Mexico deports all illegals!
1) When Mexico changes its immigrant laws, perhaps we can look at ours.
2) When Mexico reduces its graft and corruption to the American level ofroughly 75% of both parties, perhaps they can begin to revive their economy.
3) Perhaps they might let me vote should I “happen” to be there during one of their elections.
Until then, I’d like to know Spanish for “Bite me”.
Hey Mexico...Who gives a FLYING FU...opps WHO CARES what you think.
I wouldn't put it past a republican president either, given the way the power has shifted to us begging our free trade "business partners" to do what we ask. (Think Bush kissing the Saudi's asses over oil and the Chinese giving us the finger over lead in childrens toys)

Actually, I think this is a good thing. You know how our media are. Consider how biased Mexican media probably are. These guys have likely never heard what an American citizen or an American legislator really thinks as to why these laws were passed and enforced. Let them come here and find out directly.

Arizona lawmakers should respond in kind, visit Mexico and say they don’t like their Early Childhood Education and state anti-corruption laws.
However, the term for a corrupt mexican policeman's "cut", or share in an illegal act is termed "la mordida", meaning "the little bite".
