In the Iranian version, there is no hint of aggressive behaviour.Dropping large objects into the water near American warships is aggressive behavior. It really doesn't matter what you say or don't say.
The Iranians now know they can get within 300 yards of American Warships and drop mines in the water.

What, this guy was transmitting from the Philippines? On a UHF Band? Don’t think so.

How interesting.
Did the Monkey also simulate the speed boat’s and the actions of the crew on board?

If true, I hate to say it, but RON PAUL just may have been right, the recent debate, urging coolness and getting all the facts before pulling the trigger. Lets double check all the facts.

No he wasn’t right. No one was planning to bomb Iran based on this incident.

What, this guy was transmitting from the Philippines? On a UHF Band? Dont think so. No. He's a guy in the Persian Gulf that heckles the U.S. Navy on the VHF Bridge to Bridge all night long. He's rude, crude, and helarious. I spent many a night laughing at him to keep awake. He's called "Filipino Monkey" because that's one of the things he says over and over.

The next time the Iranians play chicken with the U.S. Navy and get their sorry butts blown to pieces, they can put it on the Filipino Monkey.

How did this guy know that Iranian boats were swarming American ships and throwing white boxes in the sea at the time? Besides, don’t we have radio directional capabilities to determine where it’s coming from?

Was he driving the boats? If not the Iranians would be responsible for #1 not responding and #2 for getting their ships blown from the water.
