TIJUANA, Mexico (Reuters) - A teenager was injured when U.S. border patrol agents fired tear gas into Mexico over the weekend, despite a Mexican government complaint that U.S. agents were using excessive force.
Fifteen-year-old Cristian Saldana was hit in the nose by a tear gas canister on Saturday after he threw stones at border patrol agents trying to stop people from illegally crossing into the United States, witnesses said.
The teenager required stitches at a local hospital.
Mexico's government criticized the U.S. border patrol for using excessive force after border patrol agents fired tear gas in another incident on Friday.
Mexico said it would investigate the use of tear gas by U.S agents, which it said has disturbed families in their homes.

Why should we care?
A fuel truck hit a moose just up the road last week, and in broad daylight.

Why would anyone want to leave Tijuana? It’s such a lovely place!
“A fuel truck hit a moose just up the road last week, and in broad daylight.”
That’s nothing.

“Why should we care?”
Amen. I have become so jaded anymore for the life of me I don’t know why most of this stuff is even a news item.
He’s lucky it wasn’t a rifle round going through his nose.
Mexico needs to stfu.
Not this guy but I like the picture...
heheheheheh (snort)
Well, what can I say? Can't take a joke, don't try and sneak into the US.
Of course, it's absolutely precious when Mexican officials are so terribly concerned about their citizens well-being but only when they are attempting to break US law.
It would be very nice of them if they extended the same concern and compassion to US citizens who are routinely shaken down by Mexican police who demand cash payments for trumped up speeding tickets, etc.
These guys break my heart, I don't think. Why do they think that millions of their people are illegally entering the US to escape the Utopia that is Mexico? My heart pumps custard for them.
So what. Who cares.
ROFLOL!

no kidding
If he wants to be a little punk, and throw stones at agents, a little whack in the nose with a tear gas canister doesn’t seem out of place or at all excessive.
I am hoping they took him to a MEXICAN hospital!
