A leading Democratic candidate for president attends an Afrocentric church that bestows awards on Louis Farrakhan and practically defines itself through race-baiting. Burt Prelutsky asks, why isnt Barack Obamas faith-based problem making national headlines and the nightly news?
One of the obvious differences between Democrats and Republicans is the role that religion plays in their presidential campaigns. For instance, every Democrat, while pretending to believe that separation of church and state actually appears somewhere in the Constitution, must also insist that religion plays an essential role in his or her life. But just about the only time you see them going to church is when theyre posing for the cameras while addressing a black Baptist congregation.
Whats more, when questioning these people, the liberal media kindly limits itself to a yes or no question regarding the existence of God.
Why is it, I wonder, that nobody is asking Barack Obama about his religious convictions?
For over 20 years, Sen, Obama has been a faithful member of Chicagos Trinity United Church of Christ. The other day, I paid a visit to Trinitys website.
Now, my own reasons for hoping that Sen. Obama is not elected president next November are pretty much the same reasons I object to Hillary Clinton and John Edwards. I consider all three of them to be anti-military, tax raising, left-wing flyweights who would bury this country in entitlements while essentially ignoring Islamic fascism.
That being said, I have no idea how a member of a black church that apparently feels it owes greater allegiance to Africa than to America and that pays homage to a bigot like Farrakhan, has the gall to present himself as the one candidate who can bring us all together.

” I AM IN TOTAL DISBELIEF”
I have been in total disbelief in the last 17 years after having lived and worked overseas for 20 years. How this country could have allowed immigration from hellholes all over the world is utterly incomprihensible. (I know, Obama is no immigrant) Import enough of of these people and our country will becomwe a hellhole in its own right.
Very few of these 3rd world immigrants will ever assimiltate in our society - hence we will have a subculture that will only grow in time to overtake us all.
Yeah, that would be skinheads, Aryan Nation and StormFront as you wrote it. The media would destroy such a church. But when it says “Black”, that’s a noble church.
The Left is not trying to “lose” the war. They are trying to win it for their side.
It would be a hoot if Sean Hannity or any other conservative with balls would confront this fake preacher in this manner: since you have such a violent hatred for this country and white people as a whole, what would you say if the whites simply decided to separate themselves from you and your kind?
They would leave and take their learning, expertise, businesses, and money to a more congenial environment and leave you to rise and fall on your own — since you want nothing to do with white people, it is only fair that they return the favor.
I once heard that Native Americans or American Indians actually prefer to be referred to by the name of their tribe, i.e., Sioux, Lakota, etc.
Most people are able to understand that if you fill Somalia with Russians, Somalia will become Russian. That if you fill Pakistan with Japanese, Pakistan will become Japanese. But their understanding seems to break down when applied to Western countries, America in particular.
Leftists will side with any & every group against their opponents, with little understanding of what the people they’re siding with really think.
Islaamic terrorists don’t think that a Democrat is any better than a Republican. Worse, even. What is the average Middle Easterner’s opinion of a rural American who goes to church on Sundays versus that of a homosexual religion-hating Leftist? It goes without saying.
All I can find is this — He took a walk down the aisle at Trinity UCC and made a “commitment to Christ.”
That’s not a baptism, although Obama, on his Obama ‘08 website, claims it is.
Thanks.
Obama continues his game.
he gets a pass because of white guilt.
Might be a good question for Republican nominee Mike Huckabee to toss out in the midst of a televised debate... :)
In all seriousness, who better than to challenge Obama's "faith" than a Baptist preacher?

(btw, I'm not a Huckabee supporter, but I will vote for him if he becomes the nominee)

What about committment to the Gospel of Jesus Christ and bringing salvation for all peoples? Sounds like a cult to me like the Nation of Islam under Christian guise.
There is a group that is intentionally destroying our country because it is unique among all nations. Ever since the creation of the UN, we stuck out like a sore thumb against other nations - a source of envy.
In the UN phylosophy, uniqueness is not acceptable, and must therefore be destroyed. The UN’s ideal is for us to sit in the same dirty bathwater with the rest of the world.
The only nations that refuse to sit in that bathwater are Russia, India, China and a few others that I can’t think of. They will be the survivors.
This year I predict that liberals will protest... perhaps riot... if they do not get there way this year.
If Clinton looses the general... they’ll be riots.. if Obama, more of the same.

Define “baptism”.
Some churches sprinkle water.
Some churches sprinkle rose petals.
Some churches dunk you.
Some churches do the ritual when you are born.
Some churches do it automatically when you reach a certain age
Some churches do it only when you ask for it.
Who’s to say which is correct?
More people need to hear about what Obama follows as his 'religion'. It's sure not Christianity.
