...We will be fighting for traditional American conservatism no matter who we have to fight against and Im afraid thats going to piss off some folks.
Wow! I wasn't aware of such a post. I have to say, a good and solid statement of purpose on the part of Jim Robinson.

...nasty, hectoring, heckling buffoons. That's what people that want to protect babies from being killed in the womb are to you?
Pro abortion people are nice though huh?
After all it's a choice.
Nice to see you taking a stand on something.

Thanks! I have followed all of our candidates for their decades in office, (maybe I’m old, lol) their governance in their various posistions and states, I know their records, ect, and I try to daily to listen and watch their town halls, pressers, read their policy papers, and heard all their various responses and changes of opinions, promises, and votes.
Since they have all been around for decades, its easy for a policial and news junky to follow. Watching videos on Utube and C-span is helpful, they show stuff from years ago in context, right up thru today.

Screaming, harassing zealots on either side do nothing to advance their cause.
That kind of behavior only gives fodder to the opponents.

Now how does this help the pro-life cause? By maybe helping to keep a pro-babykilling jerk out of the Whi9te House.
To: teenyelliott
Well thank goodness babies being aborted can’t scream.
That wouldn’t advance their cause either, would it?
They would be screaming, harassing zealots I guess.

Conconing murder isn’t all that far from the act itself, as far as I’m concerned. And I definitely wouldn’t vote for putting a man in the White House who condones murder to the most innocent.

I’m sorry screaming like a banshee does not help the pro life cause.

Being sarcastic and overly dramatic doesn't help, either.
Make rational, reasonable, dignified points, and you will win others to your side.
Anything else makes you look like a fool, no matter how emotional you are over the issue.

I don’t want our side to act like their side.

Conconing [sic] murder isnt all that far from the act itself, as far as Im concerned. And I definitely wouldnt vote for putting a man in the White House who condones murder to the most innocent.
The key question is ultimately one of personhood. Why do so-called conservatives get their Underoos in a twist when cadres of left-wing activists support cop killers on death row? Don't get me wrong, I'm not arguing in defence of Mumia Abu Jamal, or anything like that, but what I'm getting at is that we call one thing murder whilst the other--abortion--is a moral grey area to some conservatives and pragmatic Republicans. Seems we're still struggling with the issue of just who belongs to the class of human people, deserving equal protection under the law.
Personhood of the unborn has been, and still is, the white elephant in the room.

Whatever!!! But, if people want to confront candidates for being “baby killers”, which they are, why not go to the Obama, Clinton, or Edwards rallies and call them “baby killers”? I’m not Rudy fan (see my tagline) but, I’d have to vote for him over any Democrat because I do think he would appoint Conservative Judges.

If abortion is murder then it is murder. It's not the baby's fault it was conceived through a rape or incest. I couldn't agree more.

Im not Rudy fan (see my tagline) but, Id have to vote for him over any Democrat because I do think he would appoint Conservative Judges.
Let us hope that he would appoint strict constructionist justices and not "stealth" judges. Even so, were a future President Giuliani to appoint such justices to the Court, would they view Roe v. Wade as something to be tackled or merely a matter of precedent?
One has to wonder, but I get the gist of what you're saying. A Democrat in the highest office, with what I expect to be a Democrat majority in both houses, is a bullet train to Western European-style socialism.
