It’s looking good for Romney, since he carried the delegates in Albany County (county seat, Laramie, home of the University of Wyoming) and in Laramie County (county seat, Cheyenne, the state capital). These counties are in southeast Wyoming, the northern extension of the Colorado Front Range. In any case, this area does not have the Mormon concentration that you find in western Colorado.
