Ford Motor Co. posted a 9% drop in U.S. sales of cars and light trucks for December, closing out a weak year for the company and the auto industry.
The auto maker said so-called fleet sales fell 1%, while retail sales fell 13%. Improving retail sales is central to Ford's restructuring plan as the company cuts sales to rental car companies and other mass buyers to focus on higher-margin sales to dealerships.
Ford, which has slipped to the No. 3 U.S. auto maker by sales, behind Japan's Toyota Motor Corp., said it sold 210,855 light vehicles in December, compared with 231,582 a year earlier.

I agree. And as long as Ford continues to support and fund same-sex partnerships, I won’t be partnering with Ford.

It's a real shame that the once great company that gave America the Model A & T and the Thunderbird, now chooses to link arms with Boy George, et al and give up on American's families and their overall love of trucks!
So sad for all of their loyal employees and retirees whose hearts are breaking over the slide to the left.
Hey ford, quit support for the homosexual agenda and stop trying to make vehicles cheaper. Try making them better. And again, quit the support for the homsexual agenda cause even if you have the best vehicles many of us won’t buy if our money goes to perverted causes.
I hear they are responding by doubling their ad buys in homosexual publications.
I have a buddy who has worked managing a tier 1 auto company for many, many years. He says Ford is dead business walking. Expect a Chinese buyout soon.

I bought a new Ford Taurus in 1988 when “Quality was Job One”.

“Ill never buy another Ford product.”
I bought a Ford Windstar in 1995, which was the first year they made it. We put 250,000 miles on it, but went through two engines and three transmissions. I started out getting 29 MPG in the Windstar, and when we gave it away (12 years later), we were only getting about 14-15 MPG. I will never buy another Ford.
