Since I've been tracking the blogger endorsements of Fred Thompson I figured an update was in order. First up, Bob Owens from Confederate Yankee has given Fred his endorsement today. Here is some more:

Additionally author David Limbaugh had this to say about Fred today:
I find his lack of “fire in the belly” refreshing. He strikes me as one of the few presidential candidates since Ronald Reagan whose primary motivation is not personal aggrandizement but rather serving and leading the nation in very troubled and dangerous times. I see him as almost being drafted into this project, and his refusal to drool publicly over the prospect of becoming the most powerful man in the world is positively delightful.
He implores him to work harder to get his message out which makes no sense to me. He just put out a 17 minute video to Iowans, he put out the obligatory 30 second ad. He has been campaigning almost non-stop in Iowa for the last few weeks. What else do you want him to do? Suck up to the media to get air time.
Thats not Fred. Thankfully.
I missed it. Not bad then , because he did say “with the exception of one” talking about Conservatives ...that “one” is Thompson .

Me too, but I also add Rush to that and make it 3 great conservatives! GO FRED!
“Today on his radio show , Rush was busy running interference for Romney , as he took swipes at Romney’s main roadblocks , Huckster and McPain.”
I also noticed that when Rush was talking about the ad Huckabee did on Romney and pulled, he didn’t say that in info in the ad was not true. That in itself may indicate that Rush does not think Romney is “conservative enough” either.....but certainly better than Huckabee or McCain. I believe when it gets down to Fred and Mitt that Rush will endorse Fred! GO FRED!
In the legal field RUSH and MARK gave FRED an “implied” endorsement. In other words, think for yourself and make the right decision. Conservativism does not need make up or just the right lighting or botox because of the grueling schedule demanded of them. It shines through with each word spoken.
To hell with the MSM, this is OUR candidate, the WE THE PEOPLE candidate. FRED THOMPSON!
FRED THOMPSON is the only choice. I could settle for less, but why should I have to? I have always lived in areas of the Country where by the time the primary time came for us, it was all over. The choice had been made. I again live in such an area. North Central Kansas. It will all be over by the time it gets to me, so I implore you all in IOWA and NEW HAMPSHIRE to be wise with your vote.
FRED THOMPSON is the WE THE PEOPLE candidate! WE THE PEOPLE asked him to run. Many of us posting here were part of the “Draft Fred” campaign. Here we are now, watching from a far, and praying the PEOPLE in IOWA and NEW HAMPSIRE are wise with their vote. FRED THOMPSON is perhaps the finest CONSERVATIVE CANDIDATE we have had since our dear Ronald Reagan.
I pray I get to cast my vote for this very fine man. I have invested everything I could to his campaign and consider it an investment in my Grandson’s future.

I heard that too , good point. Wow , it takes a good ear deciphering Rush’s hints .
The Romney section on Rush’s page really had me wondering though ....
