Sunni Islam's highest seat of learning has ruled that any woman who becomes pregnant as a result of rape must undergo an abortion.

The Islamic Research Council of Cairo-based Al-Azhar has declared immediate terminations are essential to maintain "social stability".

Egyptian law bans abortion except on the grounds of "necessity", which includes instances when a woman's life or health is in danger, or in cases of fetal abnormality.

But Al-Azhar has called for changes to such regulations .

"A raped woman must terminate the pregnancy immediately upon learning of the pregnancy if a trusted doctor gives her clearance for the abortion," the institution said.

The independent Egyptian Centre for Women's Rights says an average of two women are raped every hour in Egypt.

Experts say many factors contribute to high levels of rape and sexual harassment, including rising unemployment, the huge cost of marriage and the fact that sex outside marriage is forbidden.

So now a Muslim man can rape with impunity, and not even have to worry about having to marry the girl to maintain his progeny - for he can kill the progeny, too!
Does this mean a Muslim man can rape a pregnant infidel AND demand that she kill the infidel baby?

I'm guessing that they will first abort the child and then stone or whip the rape victim to death, as this maintains the aura / fiction of a 'legal end' to both lives under Islam.

I would imagine that any female doctor who gains a reputation for having any sympathies for rape victims will be judged as being an agent working against Islam and will quickly meet the same fate as the rape victim.

I heard Rush today and he was talking about how the Islam Fascists hate women. I don’t understand how an entire religion can be successful while promoting the men to hate women. I guess it works for them, because men who hate women tend to be more violent. They must really need to brutalize women and force them into marriage, I don’t even understand how they are even having any kind of population growth!

I think the ugly truth is that the way their religion and culture is, I am starting to think that rape is a secretly condoned crime in Islam. I think the reason why they are considering making abortion legal in this case is to protect the men and make it easier for them to continue raping the women. Because we already know that Islam would never consider what would be in the best interests of the women. So in my view, this amounts to sweeping the crime under the rug, thus enabling those who rape to continue to rape, because the powers that be understand the necessity of the practice according to their way of life and their belief system. What a wicked culture and religion!

There is such a thing as "Negative Value".

Didn’t someone tell me that many women are put to death for allowing themselves to be raped? Guess that was Shiite women, huh?

Muslim women are commonly jailed, whipped and killed for “incitement” to rape, and men are rarely convicted of the crime because it typically takes 3 or more male witnesses to be accepted by Islamic “courts”.
I believe that it’s common throughout Islam and is not necessarily limited to Shiites.

This will be a central feature of “Government” wherever you find Sharia “law”.
