Is anyone else having a problem with the "My Comments" page? For several days, the lines have been extending way beyond the edge of the window.
To: Arthur McGowan
I’ve seen this happen after a very long URL has been posted.

Check to see if you or someone who has posted to you included a link that was was wider than the page, causing the page to expand and run off the screen.

That's why you have both a vertical and horizontal scroll bar.

For several days, the lines have been extending way beyond the edge of the window.Yes. In fact, the lines have gone straight off the screen and onto my desk. I don't know what it's going to take to get them off, either. I like pinstripes, being a Yankees fan, but this is a bit much.
Seriously, though, there are times when I log in and all I get is a blank page; there are times when I can't post keywords. I just figured it was FR's way of chastising me for saying something unpopular.

We tar and feather people on the FR NC board for not using tiny URL.

Why do you keep bothering me with this? :0)
Somebody or you, posted a URL with a long string. It may not have shown up when it was posted, but now the damage is done.
You will have to get 50 pings from the offending ping in order to restore order.
This will act as as one.

Are you wearing clean, decent socks when you view your "My Comments" page? No holes in the socks or wearing around the heels and toes, right?
Because that could be bad.

For several days, the lines have been extending way beyond the edge of the window. Did you get a new, wider monitor for Christmas?

I can tell you the one doing it. It’s the Oh Fuuuuudddgggeee thread about the movie The Christmas Story. Every time Movie/Chat pops up the page goes screwy.. Maybe the title could be shortened some what? What happened is there is no break in the letters in the title. Please don’t delete that thread though as it is a good one for all us Jean Shepherd fans out there :>}
