Hillary Rodham Clinton waded into Pakistan's volatile internal political situation Saturday
We'll have to see how George handles this in his probing interview with Mrs. Clinton.
PS - the article mis-spelled waddled
“Obama says most of the people of Pakistan are moderate and believe in the rule of law.”
he’s right. 99% of Pakistan is moderate. the only problem is that the other 1% equals 1.6 million radical terrorists. scary.
Democrats also believe in the tooth fairy.
I certainly hope someone calls Clinton on her irresponsibility with these comments.
And how does Obama know what the majority of Pakistanis think?
Obama goes into the line about how we got distracted from Afganistan and bin Laden by going into Iraq.
If he believes it, he is not ready for prime time.
He lived abroad and had a grandmother who lived in a mud hut in Africa...see!
Agreed! The Ken dolls will win, and one of them will be the next POTUS. :(
“And how does Obama know what the majority of Pakistanis think?”
thats cause he’s muslim too..... ; ) lol
Alas, Babylon, it’s Word’s fault. Don’t use it to post URL’s anymore. Use IE or Firefox (that’s what I use). Word is “thoughtfully” “correcting” your double quotes.
Since when” Certainly not as of Bhutto’s assassination.
I had read similar accounts of Bhutto, she appears to have been hardly the savior for the Pakis that she was made out to be. This was an excellent piece and should be widely read.
Interesting stuff about Kristol going over to the dark side, must be super big bucks included.
What's important is that Oprah's audience believes what Obama is saying. On the other hand, he is one of the few candidates this time around who is young enough to have another chance in 4 or 8 years.
As for Iowa, I would agree with your assessment. He comes very close to W in campaign organization.
It's helpful to remember that there are a huge chunk of voters who make their decisions based on looks, speaking voice, ability to tell a joke, etc. Therefore, a candidate who is attractive has an advantage over others.
The looks factor in Iowa isn't what's most important, though. Iowa caucus voters are more focussed on issues and ideology.
What WILL make the difference is how good your organization is, and both Edwards and Romney are at an advantage with their ground troops.
“Obama does not have to believe it; after all, he is a reform Democrat from Chicago.”
no he’s a socialist democrat
Great oxymorons in history... after all... we remember what he did to Jack Ryan...
No, after, and as a result of his display of an obvious lack of knowledge. Someone has worked with him intensively.
I think Hillary’s only hope for election is to make the GOP candidate the issue, and Romney just gives them too much in flip-flops, prevarications, and his role in the Mormon Church to, with the help of the media, have a field day with. Romney’s overeager slickness will be too easily turned on him.
Obama socialist democrat ?
No, he a commie demoRAT!
