I will guarantee that in 10 years, a cheap knockoff with bad side effects will be the scourge of nearly every college in America.

Just wait, sleep will be officially labeled a disease with treatment.
To: Jotmo
Speed has already replaced sleep. Of course, that ain’t good.
To: Jotmo
We replace natural darkness with artificial light, what’s wrong with replacing sleep with the chemicals that sleep generates, on occasion? I can replace eating with feeding tubes, but I really prefer to sit down to a steak. However, if I am unable to eat in a medically necessary situation, I’d be glad for the feeding tube.

The abolition of sleep will transform society in ways that we can’t even envisage today.
Imagine how much more man can do with those eight extra hours a day for work, leisure and study.
