Shame on Musberger ABC and ESPN for naming the person that touched the ball....
Thanks for your reply. I’m sorry about your bro. It sounds like it has been awhile, but the memories don’t fade.
People like him and my son are at the mercy of this world. It sure would be nice to more of that much ballyhooed “compassionate conservatism” bandied here on FR.
whew...thanks for the link...
Wishing you and your family a peaceful and prosperous 2008!
Ha. I just saw the replay and it looked like the kid had some kind of “stupid” attack or something. He appeared to jump on the field, reach down, then pull back at the last second without actually touching the ball and then his stepdad shoved him back none to gently. It was kinda funny.
I hearing the fireworks at the stadium about 2 1/2 miles east of me here in San Diego at halftime
WITWWHDY?
I think you've now made clear what your point is.
The problem was that it took 5 posts by you to make clear what your point is, when you could (as you have demonstrated you are more than capable of doing) and should have done so with the very first one.
lol!
If Mac wants to get laid tonight, he better be nice to his step-son.
Don’t feel bad. It’s all part of the rich, goofy pageant that is Football. The kid’s getting his 15 minutes — not a GREAT 15 minutes, granted, but something he’ll be able to talk about the rest of his life, with a laugh, when this game is long forgotten.
If Texas loses, they’ll never find his body.
If George Bodenhimer and Tom Sutton have an once of integrity between them they will publicly apologize to the young man intentionally and maliciously humiliated by ESPNs despicable coverage during the Pacific Life Holiday Bowl. ESPNs deplorable conduct should be the topic of blogs, letters to editors and complaints to Disneys Board of Directors until those responsible are severely disciplined. I hope some clever lawyer sues the socks off ESPN on behalf of the guy they treated so cruelly.
He was just trying to be helpful
