Modern Conservative ^ | Christopher Cook

ModernConservative.com has received a tip from a reliable source that may have election-shattering implications.

According to our source, an activist here in Arizona has been approached by the Ron Paul campaign; the campaign has requested that he run the Arizona effort to get Ron Paul on the general election ballot as a candidate of the Constitution Party.

Our source has requested anonymity, and we have agreed. We can, however, vouch for his/her general reliability. Our source also provided us with details that added credibility to the account. (Unfortunately, disclosure of those details would put at risk our promise of anonymity. We apologize for the unnamed sourcing and lack of further details, but those were the requirements that accompanied this revelation.)

We will keep you apprised of any new developments.

There has been a lot of analysis on the impact that Ron Paul has already had, and on the impact that he might...

They're disguised as shopping centers. That Cheney guy is tricky. :>)

Ah, that explains it...every wal Mart in my area is within a mile of Routes 20, 26 or I-90. Mystery solved!

Is that a stunned cow in the background or one that got tipped over? Thanks for the great laughs every morning and today!

Well...since I see an udder, it must be a female candidate. However, I can't seem to think think of any...

My pleasure, as ever, Grampa Dave!

He's a good fit for the CP, and I like your Paul Findlay idea. You're right about sore loser statutes though, a number of states have them. They're state based though. If his supporters are mistaken (can't be) and he doesn't sweep Iowa, New Hampshire and South Carolina, he could pull out then sacrificing only the three states. Who knows, Paul might be able to raise the CP share of the vote from .12% to .25%, maybe even .3%.

Go Ron Go!

That is frightening. I had no idea; but it doesn’t surprise me. It does scare the hell out of me.

In all seriousness, did you read what I wrote? I was debunking it! The report says there are 130 of these camps, but doesn't list any locations. It claims they're being built next to major highways and rail centers, but nobody's seeing them. The report claims their source has a seven inch thick binder full of evidence, but then they share one photo that they don't even put a caption on.

Here's a hint, put in a way that you might get it:

The story is a hoax.

I'm willin to be proved wrong. Engage the atrophied part of your brain that you're supposed to use for critical thinking and show me evidence that these places exist.

Mr. Silverback: Hello, neighbor! The Paulistinian Disinformation Express continues down the same old track.

Howdy, neighbor! Ready for the snow on Friday? The Ministry of Silly Explanations continues its work on FR.

I believe this image also represents the Paul support well:

Cindy Sheehan and Stormfront leader Jamie Kelso at a Ron Paul Rally in Ft. Worth.

This is not good. He will siphon off enough votes to help the Dems win, just as the Green Party ultimately helped Bush win in 2000.

Doubt it. Paul's vocal support if from the virulently anti-war right/left, along with those who view the American experience of the 20th century a complete failure. Those are the issues he'll be running on. Particularly if Hillary is the candidate, he's draw from both sides of the political spectrum. And not in large numbers. Even with leftist crossovers and the many uninvolved in politics his supporters brag about, he's still only attracting 5% or less of one political party, maybe 2/3 are Republicans. And that 2/3 won't all go 3rd party. No reason the general election has to turn on that.

If it’s Secular Progressive Socialism (Hillary) vs Christian Socialism (Huck), Paul becomes the only game in town for a lot of people.

You may have a point...which is one of the reasons I'm on the Stop Huck Express.

Our troops will only have died in vain if Paulestinians and Sheehan fans get their way and we pull out before the job is done.

Wow! We actually agree for once. Well put.

Handsome couple. As you can see Jamie Kelso was only at a Paul rally in his role as on-site reporter.

Like Don and Derek Black.

He doesn't know them, you know.

Aren't you the one who said that you believed that Paul had no idea who those dudes were?

I just wonder if you've actually read and evaluated any of the stuff you've posted or if you just regurgitate it because you think it supports what you've been told to believe.

I look at these message boards as a dialogue and I'd prefer to read your own words that express your own thoughts. That's what you'll get from me.

How much did 50 votes mean in Florida in 2000? I may not take much, just a few votes in key swing states that could decide it. I’m hoping the Green Party makes their own surge.

That's true, but it's not a Perot style threat. The CP and LP are always out there with someon.

No, of course Ron Paul knows who Don Black is. He's been questioned about it, and is willing to accept his money and support. Did he know the day the picture was taken, a day or two before the contribution was made but long after the contribution banners were on Stormfront, I haven't a clue.

The important thing, he has the support, he has the money, and the contribution banners are operating.

Re: Your attempted smear by whatever deranged logic you are using by including me as a “Paul Supporter”(with your frothing hatred towards those folks) in your ping and as well as including me as “hating my country” because I did not respond to you in a timely fashion, please be advised that my first instinct is to tell you to kiss my ass. I’ll reduce it to a simple, “your opinion ain’t worth warm spit”.

They’re going to pick a paleo isolationist in any case. Kucinich has achieved ballot status in Virginia. Paul and Kucinich together = trouble.
