How does the GOP get one side in the tent without losing the other? By agreeing to disagree on some items, and following the 11th commandment: "Don't speak ill of a fellow Republican."
If we spend more time advancing the issues we agree on, and less effort arguing over the things we disagree about, the latter will take care of themselves. If nothing else, it's harder to get really nasty to somebody you are working with in other areas.

Exactly, no one ever gets hurt claiming we are a conservative party that follows conservative values. We get hurt when we start bashing the main candidates who have a chance.

My ex-son-in-law was an IT pro.
He seemed normal.
Until he walked out the day after Christmas a few years ago.

Tom Turkeys are mean as snakes. My daughter was terrifed of them as a little girl on her grandpa’s place. They would chase her into the henhouse.

Rush did quite the job on him last week.

Any presidential candidate who'll flat-out state that they'll eliminate the IRS and limit the size of the federal government
Now how in heaven's name, with a Democrat Congress, is Paul supposed to do that? Through Executive Order? By declaring martial law and having himself crowned king?
Paul talks about limiting Presidential powers with respect to military action, for example, but he seems to aspire to near dictatorial powers to accomplish his domestic policy.

I gotta say, I don’t think Fox News is totally corrupted.
I have my Tivo set to tape F&Friends every morning. They are very conservative... it’s mostly fluff but the political segments they do are ... well, fair and balanced, but with a satisfactory little tilt to the right.

Fishtalk, what do you think was wrong with Rudy?
Come on, don’t be your usual shy self.
Actually, the flu can hit like a sledgehammer. I had it 3 years ago. One minute you’re feeling fine and the next, sick as a dog.

Yeah - I know they’re not totally corrupted. Fox & Friends is fine, although Lucey was incredibly soft and un-serious when they had Hillary on last week.
But as for the important guys, each of Hannity, O’Reilly, Cameron, Barnes, and even my former favorites Hume and Krauthammer are participating in an obvious, despicable, mystifying lockout of Fred.
