Decisions, decisions. Keep Zoey 101 on the air, even though series lead Jamie Lynn Spears is now the poster girl for teenage pregnancy, or pull one of cable's most popular youth-targeted series as a PR tactic? Nickelodeon thus far is opting for Plan A and sticking with its schedule to broadcast the remainder of Zoey 101's fourth and final season, which had wrapped production in September, says the Reporter.............."

Channel surfing last night, one report said that "grandma" already pre-sold the baby pictures for $8M, if I heard right.
Ug.
I would hope that the Spears are wiped from the TV.
Thank God I finally saw this from someone else. This place is getting disgusting.
She should be forced into the stocks at the town square..her ears notched...the entire family should be forced to live in a Chevy Vegas in a swamp...and she should be made to name the baby Apple or Brooklyn.
FR has always had a church lady contingent who live in a perpetual state of offense. Pay them little heed.
Please read my post at 40...I fear we are watching a very public family nervous/mental breakdown. Sadly all the money/fame has only made the problems public for scrutiny and name calling. This family needs healing.
It's the truth: We read Mark Steyn's "Demographics is Destiny" and lament the low birthrates of America and Western European nations and then become censurious and disapproving when a young, healthy American girl gets pregnant.
As I said: No wonder we are becoming minorities in our own country....
Ours is a profoundly anti-child, anti-life culture.
Only by great public humiliation and general moral condemnation —along with a court order banning the consumption of flan for life — will God forgive this family.
Yeah, let’s us party over no-dad kids that will be emotionally neglected and raised all wrong.
Dad’s devastated ?
Talk about living out a Disney Girls Gone Wild DVD script
Why would anyone “look up to” someone who’s not a real person in that anyone’s daily lives?
I am no prude but her show has to go. She has failed as a roll model to the little girls that watch her show. 15 year olds getting pregnant is acceptable. Disney needs to fire her.
I’m not defending it. I’m only heralding the reality that is.
Maybe you are right but she was busted, like many young mom’s before her, and NO, it does not make it right!!! Many young kids are doing same thing, just they got lucky and didn’t get pregnant. However, she is not aborting the baby, and her life will be forever changed. She made bad choices and will live forever with those choices, but I also know her baby can be a blessing to someone. I would much more prefer she give it up for adoption, but that is hard being in the spotlight like she is, but IMHO she could very well make this wrong, a happy ending for a young couple who want to adopt. And she could go and tell the world she made a huge mistake. For that she could be admired and not be labled as a bad evil person the rest of her life.
To your post #12. You’re right. Good parents can have kids go horrifically wrong and that is sad. But the statistics point to bad parenting, bad kids. I’m not sure the Spears would qualify as bad parents. Maybe yes, maybe no. But I think if anyone in the family had any class, they would stand behind their daughter, take her voluntarily off the show, and make a public statement that this is an ‘unfortunate’ lapse of good judgment but they are looking forward to helping raise a healthy child & grandchild.
She got a million dollars from that magazine for baby photos....
She a playa?
Who is the father? Her b/f said it isnt his
Karl, the babydaddy hasn’t had a presser yet (agenting up perhap?) but sundry relatives (his mama, his preacher uncle...heck even his hs principal—who is selling yearbook photo rights) have chimed in. Word.
Kevin Federline is the classy one now...
This whole family needs to start over.
