Desperate to take support from wherever he can get it.

Some - well more like all of two readers have gotten a little cross-eyed over the fact that I dared to imply that George Soros/MoveOn forces were working covertly to assist the most Soros-like candidate on the GOP ticket.

The truth is some of the support has been covert, some of it rather obvious...

For instance one MoveOn group assisted in the funding and production of this television ad:

I just convinced you?

Kinda hard to do when YOU already had YOUR mind made up now isn’t it?

But as the saying goes.....”A sucker is born every minute”

But by all means go ahead and vote for that treasonous coward, and on January 20th 2009 when hillary is taking the oath of office it will be because of people like YOU.

“Yeah. Those guys. If we hadn’t been effing with them for some decades maybe we’d be stronger and they’d know better than to eff with us.”

There isn’t enough money on this planet to buy yourself a clue.

And assuming that you can read, I suggest that you try reading the koran before you go inserting your other foot into your mouth by again blaming us for something that isn’t our fault.

it will be because of people like YOU

Actually it will be because of people like Bush who say they are conservative, then spend more than previous democrats on social programs.

I can relate to your anger regarding their attacks against us, but would rather not not use it as a guiding principle for foreign policy. Those who want to shove the Koran down our throats are the ones who don’t have a clue. They can have their fanaticism.

“Actually it will be because of people like Bush who say they are conservative, then spend more than previous democrats on social programs.”

Nice spin but you once again fall short.

IF ron paul gets the nomination, he will be crushed in the general election losing by at least 25%.

But since he has ZERO chance at getting the nomination, he will run as a third party scab cutting the Republican vote just as ross perot did in the 90’s.

Either way with him running we WILL have a democrat taking the oath of office in January 2009.

“They can have their fanaticism.”

And what are we supposed to do when they continue to come after us?

Ignore them?

Run away from them?

When dealing with people like that, there is NO ignoring them. There is NO running away from them. There is NO reasoning with them because to them it’s their way or DIE. There is NO compromising with them because they view that as a sign of weakness.

And once again it was YOU who has proven that you have no clue.

Any other republican candidate that you think has a chance to win is basically a democrat anyways. What difference would it make?

Your false idol is ron paul.....But then again you knew who I was referring to.

And you zealots have made claims time and time again that anyone who doesn’t get down on their knees and worship at the feet of your pet retard are America hating liberal democrats, and/or traitors.

It’s funny how it’s the liberal democrats who are pushing for ron paul, but thats because he’s the ONLY one that hillary (or other democrats) can easily defeat.

I’m not in any Ron Paul camp. I haven’t done anything to push him as a candidate. I am quite baffled by all the kids who are so enthusiastic for him, but haven’t a clue about his domestic policies, and his history in the house.

I have always supported Paul since I voted for him in my district. My mom knew him,as he was her OBGYN. The man is nothing but dedicated to our constitution, and has been from day one.

I think he’s an idiot on foreign policy, but I’m at the point now where Id rather let the terrorists kill us all rather then watch the democrats and republicans take us down the road of socialism.

Uh huh sure (rolleyes)

"I have always supported Paul since I voted for him in my district. My mom knew him,as he was her OBGYN. The man is nothing but dedicated to our constitution, and has been from day one."

You always supported him, yet you claimed above that you're not "in any ron paul camp".

And FYI being an OBGYN does not mean that he as any sort of leadership skills to be Commander in Chiefof the Armed Forces.

How does his claim of delivering 4000 babies qualify him to be President?

You say that he's "dedicated" to the Constitution. What formal schooling does he have on the subject?

Just because he's read the Constitution, and is forcing HIS interpretation of it upon people does not make him an "expert" or "dedicated".

You can have 5 different people read the Constitution and get 5 different interpretations of it. So who's to say that HIS interpretation is even correct? Does he have a J.D. in Constitutional Law? Does he have a S.J.D. in Constitutional Law?

So other than him, who says that his interpretation is even correct?

"I think he’s an idiot on foreign policy, but I’m at the point now where Id rather let the terrorists kill us all rather then watch the democrats and republicans take us down the road of socialism."

Traitor.

You're no better than cindy sheehan and rosie o'donnell.

Unlike you UNDERESTIMATING the enemy, while OVERESTIMATING everything that BS artist ron paul has spoon fed you.

So tell me what EXACTLY are ron paul’s qualifications to be President?

Our founders. It's quite clear what the Constitution means and they even further clarify it in the Federalist Papers.

A sound understanding of our Constitution and its meaning, firm resolve to act according to it, and solid dedication to conservative principles. More than I can say for some of the current Republican contenders for the Office.

It simply is not incumbent upon us as a people to mess with the politics and culture of other countries, no matter how screwed up they are. We seem to have made it a matter of policy for several decades to do so. There are ways to do business with foreign lands with out telling them how to live.

I suppose you would march over to your neighbor's house and force him to watch certain TV shows, and then act alarmed and agitated when he's finally had enough and acts accordingly by marching over to your house and breaking your TV. By God, you'd teach him a lesson or two, wouldn't you? Talk about not having a clue!

“A sound understanding of our Constitution and its meaning”

Really? What formal classes has he had in the subject?

Where is his J.D. or his S.J.D. in Constitutional Law from?

You can sit 5 people down to read the Constitution, and you can have 5 DIFFERENT interpretations. So who’s to say that ron paul’s interpretation is even correct?

“firm resolve to act according to it”

I guess he missed Article 1 Section 8 when he voted against ALL of the military budgets as well as measures to place the military on the border to stop the illegals from coming across?

Article 1, Section 8:
“To raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two Years;

To provide and maintain a Navy;

To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;”

“and solid dedication to conservative principles.”

Oh? And how is $400 million worth of earmarks for his pet projects, backstabbing our troops while they’re on the field of battle, blaming America for 9/11, calling Reagan a traitor and a failure “dedication to conservative principles” again?

“More than I can say for some of the current Republican contenders for the Office.”

Uh huh. And that’s even though Duncan Hunter has a MORE conservative record that that senile retard you support?

ROFL.

“It simply is not incumbent upon us as a people to mess with the politics and culture of other countries, no matter how screwed up they are.”

Yeah so I guess we should have turned the other cheek when we’re attacked or when our national interests and therefore security is threatened?

“I suppose you would march over to your neighbor’s house and force him to watch certain TV shows, and then act alarmed and agitated when he’s finally had enough and acts accordingly by marching over to your house and breaking your TV. By God, you’d teach him a lesson or two, wouldn’t you? Talk about not having a clue!”

The ONLY clueless people on here or any other message board for that matter are the liberals and the ron paul supporters.

So once again o’clueless one, what EXACTLY are ron paul’s qualifications to be President again?

Where is his J.D. or his S.J.D. in Constitutional Law from?

Not even the Constitution requires as much for one to be President.

You can sit 5 people down to read the Constitution, and you can have 5 DIFFERENT interpretations. So who’s to say that ron paul’s interpretation is even correct?

If that's the case, then why even refer to it for legal purposes?

There is no Constitutional basis mandating meddling in the affairs and cultures of other countries with our armed forces. Again, you would act surprised and agitated if your neighbor rejected efforts to intrude on his privacy. Time for a reality check. As for protecting our borders, there are ways to do that without bringing the military to bear on it (which also would be unconstitutional).

In general your sense of history is too short. You seem to be too emotionally invested in yourself and your ideas to listen to other points of view. That's okay. This place would be boring without the hyperbole and innuendo.
