The source is LGF, and they've blocked the VNN link.
Three threads today from the MSM, this is unfortunately a legitimate issue.
A legitimate issue regarding Ron Paul, not the GOP.
Adopting a “wait and see” approach.
Not a fan of crazy uncle Ron but if he spent on $314 at the resturaunt mentioned then that doesn’t stack up as much proof of repeated large gatherings.
American Conservative Magazine (founded by Pat Buchanan) just came out with a cover making Rudy looking like a nazi. Ron Paul just said the facist will take the flag and wrap it in the cross when referring to Huckabee. I have no allegiance to any presidential camp as of yet, but It seems to me the Paul campaign is projecting its own odd “stormfront” connections to other camps.
Good grief, this is tenuous and stupid.
Why would neo nazi’s be eating at a Thai restaurant? It’s like a Mel Brooks movie. Lol
This is a bit out there and Bill White isn't necessarily credible. Obviously Sam Francis and Joe Sobran would be comfortable hanging with the COC and the IHR/Carto/Stormfront connections wouldn't bother them much. Buchanan, his Holocaust denial piece was published years ago by Carto in the former Spotlight, but he works for a living, hard to imagine him hanging with these guys regularly. A sitting Congressman, that's hard to believe, a ten on the stupidity scale, but possible. Unfortunately Paul does have connections with Carto and the IHR, and the COC, and Sobran, Francis of course wrote the COC mission statement. So if Will is exaggerating the Stormfront/Natvan connection a bit, it's possible.
For the white rice? Sorry, couldn't resist.. this one seems a little over the top.. I wonder if it is a prank article/leak to later prove a point about something or just to help spread Paul's name virally?
The Ron Paul Campaign and its Neo-Nazi Supporters(November 14, 2007 posting)
It’s out there. One of the problems of accepting support from these folk is the cost the association brings with it. White certainly isn’t credible, if this is true Pat Buchanan is as dumb as Paul hanging with these fellows. Unfortunately there are other connections.
Mel Brooks? Or Mel Gibson? Think about it.
Yes, I’m thinking it came out on Paul threads on FR back in September, maybe earlier. A month or two before the blogs picked it up.
The Ron Paul Campaign and its Neo-Nazi Supporters
".. Dear Congressman Paul:
Your Presidential campaign has drawn the enthusiastic support of an imposing collection of Neo-Nazis, White Supremacists, Holocaust Deniers, 9/11 "Truthers" and other paranoid and discredited conspiracists.
Do you welcome- or repudiate - the support of such factions?
More specifically, your columns have been featured for several years in the American Free Press -a publication of the nation's leading Holocaust Denier and anti-Semitic agitator, Willis Carto. His book club even recommends works that glorify the Nazi SS, and glowingly describe the "comforts and amenities" provided for inmates of Auschwitz.
Have your columns appeared in the American Free Press with your knowledge and approval?
As a Presidential candidate, will you now disassociate yourself, clearly and publicly, from the poisonous propaganda promoted in such publications?
As a guest on my syndicated radio show, you answered my questions directly and fearlessly.
Will you now answer these pressing questions, and eliminate all associations between your campaign and some of the most loathsome fringe groups in American society?
Along with my listeners (and many of your own supporters), I eagerly await your response.
Respectfully, Michael Medved.."
Thailand?
It smells to me that Ron Paul has shown these guys the door, and now they are smearing him to try to get even.
If Ron Paul was one of them, why would they want to hurt his campaign by publicizing it? That doesn’t add up.
I’m supporting Fred Thompson, but I think Ron Paul is a decent man and no NAZI.
Yes, a letter which Paul refused to respond to. I think most of this came out here in August. If you’re not familiar with the players, American Free Press which Medved is referring to is a Carto publication, as is the Institute for Historic Review mentioned on this thread.
SJackson, maybe we should ping some of the Extreme Excuse Squad and see what they say. :0
“Texas Nazis.”
“I HATE Texas Nazis.”
