3. It’s not a Florida problem it’s an Education Establishment problem.
4. There is a website called “Zero Intelligence” that features articles like this which are an example of “Zero Tolerance” policies being applied and enforced with zero intelligence and zero common sense.

The reason is simple. The Education Establishment is presided over mainly by people with advanced education degrees. In Thomas Sowell’s book on American Education, he mentions statistics on SAT scores. Education majors on average are at the very bottom of the SAT score continuum for both math and verbal parts of the test when compared against every other college major. When you give authority over others to the dumbest of the educated, you are going to get institutionalized stupidity writ large.
