Drudge has this below up with no link. But pay attention to the reporter's name:
NYT Plans Sunday Exclusive on Questionable Clinton Library donors... Reporter Don Van Natta... Developing...
He's a serious award-winning investigative journalist ... and co-author with Jeff Gerth of Her Way:
link: Prosecutors later came to believe that Hillary had padded her bills; she "wasn't guilty of [knowingly] facilitating nefarious transactions -- she was guilty of doing less work than she took credit for," Jeff Gerth and Don Van Natta Jr. explain in their 2007 biography, Her Way. Hillary herself never took refuge in this explanation.
Somehow I'm thinking Hillary isn't pleased re Her Way:
Van Natta: "We also show that she has a sort of secret side to her Senate office. We call it the mysteries of Hillaryland in the book where she actually had people on, employees of hers, people on her payroll, who she did not divulge as she was supposed to, according to Senate rules, and we have ethics experts raising questions about that."
Gerth: "She is now running for president, and we felt that people needed to understand how, how she acts in the political arena and, and use that as a basis for deciding whether she is qualified to be president or not. And, you know, in essence, we sort of found that there are two Hillarys. In, in one case, there's the well-informed, the battle-tested, the diligent senator who does her homework. And then we found another Hillary. When it comes to a bump in the road -- whether it is on Iraq or on energy policy or on the environment, where she has a problem, that she plays fast and loose with the facts, she won't admit a mistake, and she sort of, you know, retreats into a shell."
Wow! That could be what the NYT teaser that got pulled down from Drudge was about. If true, we will need plenty of hot popcorn and soda.
Retreats into a shell?
Or retreats into her cave with her cauldron and her ‘lovelies?’
The only reason the NYT would bail on Hillary is if she is too open about being a lesbian, and it’s going to come out, and they don’t want it to come out in the general election. Otherwise, they can cover for her on everything else.
Obama and Hillary have heavy negatives, and I can't see either winning the general election. Edwards might be the Dems best hope.
I can't see middle America voting for Barak Hussein Obama in the middle of a war against Islamist terror
The Clintons own the media, and whatever BS is released tomorrow or any day after is simply spin.
I sincerely wish that I am wrong about it, but I ain’t.
It would be fabulous to have her out of our way...however, we can’t breathe a sigh of relief and then nominate Huck! We must be vigilant!
Americans aren’t big on electing presidents whose last names end in vowels.
************
The Gore-acle MAY be the only Dim to the left of HIllary...
And thanks to his "patirotic" rhetoric of late at the Nobel brunch....
Even more divisive and LESS likely to garner the support of party insiders....
He's "got religion now".... (a sincere and devoted Gaia worshipper)
Ergo...
Algore is no longer qualified to implement their progressive secular paradise...
Just my humble....
Yes, Obama is just wrong, but he’s not evil. He would be a bad President, but we could survive as a nation. Hillary would be an American Chavez, trying to rule through decrees, intimidation and misuse of power. I will be glad if we can get rid of the threat of her as President, and then we can focus on defeating the liberals in the political arena, not by defending against leaks to the National Enquirer from FBI files.
I wouldn’t pop any corks...if Obama carries as strongly as some think...he will likely be tough to beat in November. Adding to the mess...if we have a choice of Huckibee or Obama...the average Republican (not the religious conservative) might lean to voting for Obama and deny the Baptist minister.
I thing the nightmare ticket would be Edwards for Pres, Obama for VP. Obama would still energize the black vote, while not having his negatives energize the Republican vote
I hope and believe you are correct. Now with Bill acting up, pushing himself to the front page, how can ANYONE not see what would be happening in the White House. Not good for the country or their party.
“this revelation will make a great stocking stuffer for Hillary.”
UGH! I don’t think she can stuff anything more into her stockings! The cankles are takin’ up too much room already!
I agree...we would survive Obama better than Hillary - who seems to think she is annointed to change the world or something- by any means she figures will work. Oh how I wish she’d just disappear. We have to keep dealing with these two meglomanic, dysfunctional crooks over and over. They belong on Jerry Springer, not in the White House.
Well, the NYT chose to overlook it all through the ‘90s. Suddenly they want to report the truth? Coler me sceptical.
The Media Party has determined who their political wing should nominate.
And, maybe, it ain't Hillary.
The Clinteon Family is going to be very unhappy.
