My read is that the data will still continued to be cooked. Come July/August it'll be -- 'oh, woe is us! It is mighty hot outside. We need the Government to fix the weather' ... And should the media acknowledge actual temperature shifts downward -- it'll be thanks to all of their great work to reduce Carbon fuel usage...
This scam has momentum. I thought it would've been blown for the fraud that it is -- but here nearly a year after its been known that the 'hockey puck' curves were falsified; That the hottest years in the United States were in the 1930s, not the 2000s; That the polar ice caps on Mars show some recession... Yet with all this -- 'Global Warming' is still preached as the Gospel.
This scam has legs. And I don't know why.

I understand the motivation of the scammers: running from pure greed ('Carbon Credit Marketing'), to power-hungry socialists who perceive this as another way to achieve big government control. But I don't understand why this scam still seems to have legs with the 'scammees' (the public at large) ... Maybe it doesn't -- but it seems most people still buy into the nonsense that we have to do something 'now' -- lest all kinds of 'bad stuff' happens (although being a slightly toastier few degrees warmer isn't the worst thing that could happen -- even if I believed this nonsense)...
