I should add that I thank God for George Bush, as it could have been so much worse, too. It is like being thankful for small favors. A generous God would have given us the War on Terror's Reagan, but that would make things too easy on us. Instead, we will have to make a lot of changes in society that will then teach us the things we need to know to win a war for civilization. Until that day arrives, we will be too genteel and PC to win this battle.

Sadly, Bush could have been that person, had he had just a little bit more gumption, a little more strategic foresight, and a lot more media savvy. He could have won this war by now, had he identified the enemy properly, taken it to the terrorists in Iraq in fall 2002, and used that as a springboard to bring about regime change in Iran and Syria. Saudi Arabia needed to be brought in line as well, not coddled.

The world is only marginally safer now than it was after 9-11, but it would be far more dangerous had Al Gore been President. So, for that, and for Bush's refusal to allow Iraq to become a defeat, we can be thankful. It will buy us time to find the man who will win this.

Double agents. Something Komrad Putin knows much about. Seems he got what he wanted in intelligence and then recently gave Bush the finger over Iran in a big way. I think out of all of this backstabbing in this world, this was one area Bush appeared genuinely surprised over. How can we possibly protect the country when the Dems are willing to give all our secrets to our enemies? How about selling Israel out to Palestinians and Iranians?

It’s just simply disgusting and it will We the People who will pay the ultimate price to fix this big, big mess while people whom worked at the State Department sit on a nice cozy island somewhere. Perhaps enough of us will live through the next decade to rebuild this nation and restore it to the original vision of the founding fathers.

Did you see that GWB has Christmas pardons for some, but of course not the “lowly ones” Ramos and Compean? Why, Johnny Sutton, his “dear friend” might quit if GWB did the right thing there.

It seems to me that the one who has done the most to undermine GWB is GWB himself.

GWB will eventually be adjudged one of the best U. S. Presidents ever.

The uninformed detractors and back-biters, including some keyboard warriors on this site, are nothing and will be nothing - for ever more.

Despite all the hatred and plots directed against him, Bush has steadfastly kept his Faith in God and sought His direction. And God does not desert the faithful.

And God does not desert the faithful

And the faithful do not let captives languish unjustly in prison based on false testimony.
