Pathetic! The Boy Scouts should take this brazen act of Theif to the Supreme Court. They have an agreement with the City that it is theirs in perpetuity. Mayor Street is a POS.
As would our Founding Fathers if you had suggested to them that the Constitution implicitly allowed for homosexual marriage and abortion and forbade prayer or the mention of God in public places.
Lawsuit time.
“This is a religeous hate crime.”
Yes but its okay cause its Christian religion.
Indeed sad. Seems they are taking the “City of Brotherly Love” just a little too literal. One wonders, however, if cases like this will someday trigger a backlash against gay rights and perhaps save other cities and organizations.
Exactly! Since the city hasn’t lived up to thier end of the bargain, the Boy Scouts get the building back - end of story.
The Boy Scouts retained their honor which is far more important than Diaz and the material he controls. In the end, Diaz is left wanting...
Because like other Marxist Democrats with no integrity or soul, commitments made in the past are null and void whenever they take office.
Didn’t the Supreme Court already decide a case in favor of the Boy Scouts being allowed to ban homosexuals from their organization?
Sorry,no can do.I'm not that skilled an actor.
Waike up ameeeeerica
Will they be leasing it out to NAMBLA?
Scouts need a dam good lawyer, they need to fight these bastards back.
I’m sure an EXCELLENT breach of contract lawsuit can be made of this. If the contract is rescinded, the Boy Scouts get the building back.
Exactly!!
The herd animals known as the American Sheep will never stand against them. They are too afraid of being called racist, bigot, and hater.
There will never be a backlash, and the Left knows it.
Given the latest Boy Scout flap, we cant help being disturbed by similarities between the Afghan fundamentalist group and the homophobic American shapers of youth. ...How does a group affiliated with a discriminatory organization make itself immune from charges of discrimination? We dont think it can.
You reap what you sow, PDN.
