“I just said, Holy Spirit, be with me”
Nothing like a fully jacketed Holy Spirit when confronted by a crazed gunman.

What a beautiful, noble, and thoroughly admirable woman. And she’s not married? You single guys in Denver are all idiots for not snapping her up.

The ny post is anti-gun (just like the ny slimes), so I think they tried to make it LOOK like this woman, who was NOT a current police officer or licensed security guard, WAS one of these "officials", by putting Col. in front of her name. It's probably short for Coloradan, but THEY want all to believe she is a Colonel, in my opinion.
Can't report that an AVERAGE LAW-ABIDING CITIZEN accomplished what she did, now can we?

Wonder if she used to work in Minneapolis as a police officer. The training shows.

There is a reson why you never hear of policeman taking out these rampaging shooters. People need to understand that in a situation like this the police can not protect you - they only show up after the fact to collect evidence and prepare the bodies for removal.

God Bless her and may she never have a doubt that it was God’s Hand that guided her to save her fellow man.
The witnesses to her acts of courage have spoken clearly and her actions were well justified. Her few detractors lack courage and moral conviction. There is right and wrong in this world and unless somebody stands up for right, wrong will flourish.
This is clearly a shining example of an armed citizen stopping the wolf at the door. Wack jobs exist. No laws or regulations will stop them from their attempt to cause carnage because they do not recognize those laws. We must choose to stop them or be their victims. That is why the Second Amendment is in our Constitution. Be it the lone gunman of the corrupt tyrant, self-defense is a right not to be abridged.

She did the right thing. Every human has a right and an obligation to defend him/herself and family and friends. The agressor has NO RIGHTS!
The left is choking over this one, because it is about two of the things that they hate the most: guns and God!
To: Sopater
Police say Matthew Murray, 24, may have died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound instead of any shots fired by Assam. Its not clear if her bullets hit him. We mustn't admit that an armed private citizen prevented a mass-murder.
That would just encourage people to kill more innocent mass-murderer wannabes.
