Her biggest complaint was that her “breast implants were severely disfigured.” Required surgeries and several months to heal....

Further proof that Silly-Putty doesn't make the best breast implant material.

And of course, she immediately goes on 20/20 and the propaganda media to tell her story. I'm suspicious of her motives.

It was over 2 years ago.

Oh! I misinterpreted “promotional opportunity.” I thought it was a marketing thing of some kind.

Whether or not it happened, there will probably be a movie about it staring Charlize Theron and Susan Sarandon, and it will turn out that it will be a gay man that would be key witness against Halliburton. The head perps in the movie will turn out to be Tom Delay’s nephew and Ann Coulter’s godson.

Or put their Mom and boyfriend/husband on the foundation's Board of directors.

My BS meter rpms are dangerous high.

Please let me know what inconsistancies you saw.

Well, 2006 is missing.

This started in 2005, two years ago? And it is just now coming to light?

That alone seems odd to me.

I do not know what happened here but I have a lot of doubts.

They give her a room at the hotel and there is a man in her bed????

It happens.

I checked into a major hotel once, went to the assigned room, opened the door, stepped into the room, noticed a suitcase on the bed, a jacket on the chair. I backed up, noticed the light on in the bathroom (door closed). I backed out and went down stairs.

She is suing for a lousy 100 grand. Seems to me that paying her off (if her account is true) would be a lot easier for Haliburton then trying to cover it up or fight it.

...MSM always trying to take down Haliburton as if it is the Third Reich...

I’m very sure the MSM would support the Third Reich, based on their usual behavior.

KBR does pretty much everything in Iraq that the military doesn’t do, so they have all types of people just like you would find in big company here in the states. Some are graduate degree professionals working their way up the corporate ladder like my wife and some are white trash hillbillies who can’t wait to blow their paychecks on hookers in Thailand. Considering the number of people they employ and the living conditions, stuff like this is bound to happen. What’s disturbing is the way this has been kept out of the courts. This girl could be telling God’s truth or a pack of lies but either way she needs a fair hearing in a court of law, not some closed door arbitration BS. I want to hear what the accused have to say for themselves. You go over there to work and support the troops, not play frat boy.

I agree. Why is she only asking $100,000. I would award her $100 million. Halliburton can afford it. And the perps should be executed.

Should we execute the accused before or after they are tried and the evidence is reviewed?

Or do you subscribe to the Murtha school of Justice?

ya gotta give her the benefit of the doubt unless proven otherwise. And if it did happen, it’s really unthinkable and inexcusable.

And do the accused get the benefit of the doubt?

The measly damages and the fact she didn't run straight to MoveOn.org add to her credibility in my view.

As shameful as it is for a US corporation to get involved in the sex trade, the United Nations positions itself as a legal and moral authority and also engages in institutionalized rape, sexual slavery, and the sex trade.

Check keyword UNsexscandals

Depressing that you’ve been Teacher of the Year. While what you are saying about her may be true, it also may not be true. In instances like this it’s better to reserve judgment until the evidence is out there. Accusing her of being a whore really makes you look like an ass, which I’m sure you are.

Well said.

People generally fall along the bell curve, over there shouldn’t be anything different.

I agree that this special treatment is BS, especially when they’re so well paid.

Good point - I noticed that, chalked it up to embarrassment about talking about that on her website, and then promptly forgot about it. But you are right that is a definate discrepancy.

I think she is simply claiming that her damages will exceed 100,000. I don’t think she has spelled exactly what she is seeking yet. Some jurisdictions set rules where you don’t indicate exactly how much you are seeking in your initial petition but instead say that you are seeking over a certain account. Several of her claims ended by stating that she was seeking at least 100,000 on the claim so I think this is one of those jurisdictions with the strange pleading rules.

Actually - it appears that the corporate scandal in Bosnia was intimately connected to the U.N. scandal. In fact, the report that the fired employee wrote dealt with the U.N. sex scandal in general and not just employees of the U.S. corporation.
