COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — At least four people were shot outside of a Colorado Springs church on Sunday, but it was not immediately known whether the shootings were related to an earlier shooting about 70 miles away, authorities said.

“Tin Man” is a miniseries retelling of “The Wizard of Oz”. I think it’s on TNT.

It was reported by the police that all of the shooting took place outside, in the parking lot. The guy interviewed by the TV station said the guy was inside. Who knows at this point?

I don’t have ears on my t.v., so no t.v.

No radio from computer....sometimes I can access a feed online, other times, I can’t get in (as occurred even on this thread...the links posted earlier, I couldn’t get access to, for whatever reason. Tried with both firefox and IE).

The Tin Man is some sort of updated version of The Wizard of Oz. The tin man in this case is a law enforcement officer, played by one of the guys who starred in Band of Brothers(the one who suffered from battle fatigue after the Bulge.)

.

Yup

I know

-

Last week one NYC lib sister brought up “the draft”

I said I think it’s a great idea -

Draft every man or woman or whatever living &/or working in the USA (including illegal aliens or any here on a work visa) under the age of 46 who has never served in the US military for a period of 5 years - zero exceptions for alleged health, alleged disabiities, alleged mental status - no “conscientious objector” claims to avoid serving in combat situations - we’ll just make them frontline medics who are not allowed to have weapons but must walk “point” anyway

My sister changed the subject fast
I’m tired of hearing liberal woman talk (who never even were Girl Scouts!) of “all the deaths of our US troops in Iraq” when only a tiny fraction of women, libs, foreigners have ever served or died in combat while millions of men have

“Equal rights?”

How about “equal responsibility”

I wondered if the church had security guards. I figured a church that large would have a plan in place in case of an attacker entering the premises.

740 AM radio reports “Two gunmen One is shot dead the other taken into custody inside the church. Three taken to hospital one in critical condition. Not believed to be connected to Denver shooting.”

COLORADO SPRINGS – Authorities say four people were shot, including a gunman, on Sunday in the second shooting of the day at a Colorado religious organization.

The gunman, who was dressed in a tactical helmet and body armor, opened fire outside the 10,000-plus member mega-church, New Life Church located at 11025 Voyager Parkway in Colorado Springs, just after 1 p.m.

9NEWS has learned the gunman was shot by a security guard on scene and may not have survived. An improvised explosive device was also found.

Authorities have not confirmed that the gunman is dead. They say one person has been detained. They are not releasing any information about what kind of weapon was used in the attack.

About an hour ago, according to Fox, all churches in the area were on lockdown, as well as Lockheed Martin facility.
