There is a large group of men coming on the main road, to bring forth their worldview and bring gifts of thunderous understanding. We should blame all that is good in the world, and feel important and smart, and negotiate immediately.

I have no doubt it was the communist State Department scumbags themselves who tipped off the Iranians that their phones were tapped.

The UK has pushed all along against military action in Iran while also pushing for endless talk. The UK’s ambassador to Iran blames the USA while talking to the mullah’s puppets. Reap what you’ve sewn, UK.

Europeans will panic. They always thought that the US would be more hardline, so they could take the “high road”. Now they are responsible for their own security.

In the 1950’s the CIA/MI6 tunneled under the streets of Berlin to tap the Russians military telephone system. The Russians were tipped off by Kim Philby and rather than pull the tap, they fed them nothing but chickenfeed ( worthless tibbits) and misinformation. One day, when the Russian commander was on leave, the Russians found the tap. Not knowing that the tap had already been discovered, his stand in had it publicly “ripped out”, to the apparent embarassment of the Anglo-Americans.

Geez, it wasn’t like they believed that Saddam sought yellowcake from Africa.

The British have great doubts?

Hell, why go all the way across the ocean. I got plenty of doubts right here in the States!!

How exactly do you determine in 2007 that in 2003 Iran stopped building nukes but in 2005 you were convinced that they were still actively doing it?

Anybody want to administer the laugh test on this one? Or the smell test? Cuz this one ain’t gonna pass either one.

Couple weeks ago, I read in one of the lestists website that Chomsky scolded the European Union for not keeping their promise to help Iran after it stopped the nuclear program in 2003. I didn’t think it’s an issue until I saw the CIA report. Did Chomsky get internal memo from CIA, or from Iran?

Well perhaps all this is a good thing.

The CIA is looking like a bunch of fools - big surprise...

No Europe will be forced to carry its own water, at least for a little while...

Been there, done that.

The legacy CIA staff holdovers from the Clinton ERA otherwise know as “The Enemy Within”.
Why weren’t they purged 7 years ago?

Just because Iran has a "uranium enrichment" program, doesn't mean they have a nuclear weapons program.

It just means that they have a nuclear weapons program!
