Rootybots pose for a group picture.

The braindead botniks see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil.

The botniks believe ALL city budgets have provisions to underwrite the Mayor satisfying his sexual urges with a bimbo.

If you are going to cheat, the number of stupid, foolish or dangerous things you wind up doing is almost literally without end.

Any services to her that would not be provided to an ordinary citizen who was threatened would be an unlawfull, or at the very least, an unethical use of public funds. To further bury the costs in inappropriate budget line items compounds the offense.

It’s just more of the elitist ruling class crap we have to take because we lost the will to stop it. Drivers, bodyguards, etc. for the girlfriend but citizens of NYC are denied any effective means of even defending themselves. But, hell, government has all the power and unless and until we become willing to make whatever sacrifice necessary to take it back, it will remain the same.

..... asked about Nathan's city-funded wheels, Giuliani non-answered "Thank you," and "Have a good night."

Damn! He's been taking lessons from The Hildabeaste again.

As far as I'm concerned, any politician that does not face stuff like this head on and take responsibility and give us the straight poop does not deserve to be a candidate.

I just can't see this woman as "First Lady",she looks nuttier than a fruitcake to me - not to mention that she's a home-wrecking you-know-what.

There’s not a politician alive who hasn’t used public money for private purposes. I wasn’t planning on voting for Rudy in the primary anyhow. But I’m not going to play some self-righteous holier-than-thou game here because no matter who the nominee is some sort of dirt is going to be found and slung. I don’t ever drink the “my candidate is blemish free” kool-aid.

At least Rudy didn’t use cops to murder people who got in his way unlike a certain couple from Arkansas I could mention. No matter who the pubbie is eventually he will get my vote.

......"If Nathan was provided police protection prior to their being a security-threat assessment, it probably was an illegal use of city resources," said Dick Dadey of Citizens Union.

Wish they would do some investigation before reporting. It would be good if we had facts instead of ifs.

"If Nathan was provided police protection prior to their being a security-threat assessment, it probably was an illegal use of city resources," said Dick Dadey of Citizens Union.

But Manhattan District Attorney Robert Morgenthau and others said that the state law's five-year statute of limitations would make impossible any prosecution for actions in 2000.

Oh really, now isn't that special. 'We' have a GOP POTUS candidate avoiding PRISON solely because the state's statute of limitations has expired on his criminality. Man-oh-man, WHAT A GUY .. where do I sign up to vote for him???? /s

However, I don't think Fruity Rooty Tooty is off the hook, not quite yet. What he did is also a Federal Crime. He can ask some of Mayor Daley's machine henchmen about that. Or the Harvey IL officials who were indicted in August for misuse of Public Funds and City Credit Cards. Or ex gov George Ryan who is sitting in FEDERAL PRISON now for corruption.

We also have the fact now (as repeatedly reported the last week) that all the info on Rooty's bookkeeping scam was being withheld from NYC officials - on Rooty's orders. That is a continuing conspiracy so that negates the time line on any statute of limitations. Add to that 'queen' Judi ordering her bodyguards to play Taxi service for her girlfriends when they went shopping. I'm sure Rooty never heard about that from his security detail or his (cough) 'girlfriend'... Riiiiiiiight.

Dammit to hell, character does count. Rooty makes the Clintons look like the Cleavers and Billy Jeff look like a Boy Scout. Rooty is an amoral criminal degenerate.

Btter now than after the nomination... But the question is : why is the media suddenly helping us? Laying into Giuliani and Hillary seems counter to what I’ve expected their plans were: To get Rudy running against Hillary, and THEN sabotage his campaign. Are they REALLY trying to get Huckabee the nomination? Why? Obviously they’d like an Obama presidency, so there’s no questions about their motives there, but Rudy was set to win easily. Why take him out, when he was the one with the most skeletons in the closet? The motive escapes me.

The statue of limitations will save him from being prosecuted for his crimes. That's too bad.
