If Barry Bonds never used steroids, why didn't he sue those sportswriters for libel for writing a book that came right out and said that he did?

Barry Bonds should take the defense that I feel tax payers should take against the IRS and that is there is no rule of law to make criminal judgments since the federal government refuses to recognize or prosecute illegal aliens in this country.
