I don’t see the ribbon around his neck - you know, the one on which he will wear his Nobel?

Its like the stars going to the Oscars. They show up in a Hybrid, they leave in limos and private jets.

Meanwhile communities of Branch AlGorians gather searching the storm fronts for signs of diminished activity and great heat waves.

I just finished reading Bill Sammon's book "At Any Cost: How Al Gore Tried to Steal the Election".
Its so nice to know ahead of time that there will be a happy ending.

Doesn’t matter, because algore can just pay himself carbon credits to offset his massive energy consumption.

This is another stupid liberal pet trick...like Teresa Heinz and Ketchup Boy pretending to eat at a Wendy’s fast food restaurant with The Silky Pony & spouse.

He’s sharing the awards he gets but he gets to take the glory. International politicking at its best.

I used to have some respect for these “prizes”. Over the years I’ve come to realize that, by and large, they’re just things that some people find at the bottom of various political crackerjack boxes.
My own prize goes to men like my father and uncles who survived the Great Depression, served their country in time of war, paid their taxes, worked hard and supported and sustained their families faithfully and unremittingly throughout their lives. They never expected or wanted any society’s prize and believe me they never received one.

The prizes are variously politicized.
The Nobel Peace Prize is a joke.
The Nobel Prize for literature is not much better.
The various prizes for science have generally gone to deserving recipients, but there is some politics there, as well, since there are more deserving recipients than prizes, and the guys with the best connections tend to get awards first, unless their discoveries are just too brilliant to ignore.

Hmmm...the more I think about it, the more I realize that I really don’t care about his ‘peace prize’.
*sigh* Oh, well...
