It appears he wasn’t injured but he did drag her back on the bus so they could finish the beating.

Considering the state of the Public Education system, these 7th graders were probably in their mid-teens, thus almsot fully grown.
I wouldn’t want to have to take on 9 yutes from the ‘hood.
I learned at a young age that if you hit one, you fight them all.

9 is a lot of opponents, even if they're smaller and weaker. Still, I'd have more respect for the guy is he had at least kicked the hell out of a couple of them before being beaten himself. I sure as hell would've tried em out, anyway.

Some of those 7th graders could have been 17-18 years old.

YOu know, I was just thinking the same thing. ALL these kids would have been lumps bleeding on the floor if it was me and my wife.

Taken at face value, a little harsh. These were 14-15yos, and there were 9 total (6 males if you think girls don’t count). I don’t think 1 man could “save” her.
But, he probably could’ve done SOMETHING - I’m not clear he tried.

Do not date a "man" who cannot save you from a crew of coed seventh graders. They may have seventh graders, but I doubt they were twelve years old.

Shoot, many of the students in the MS where my son went taller than me and outweighed me too. They met my husband in height. I was surprised, even though I am not very tall, at age 12 I wasn’t much smaller than my classmates. Some of those kids are HUGE.
