The MSM and the Democrats are on a determined campaign to render the terms "Swiftboat" and "Swiftboating" into pejoratives. Their intended implication is that the "Swift Boat Veterans for Truth" used lies and ad hominem attack tactics to impugn the honesty of John Kerry. They would like nothing less than to see "Swiftboat" be lowercased to "swiftboat" and have it join the English language as a pejorative term along with quisling and gerrymander.
