Thanks so much for posting this and for all you do; you are such a treasure!
Now, can someone get this info onto Drudge or FoxNews so the other “news” outlets can pick up on it later, maybe?

Thank you very much. The problem with Foxnews and Drudge is that unless the AP or another liberal media outlet picks it up, they are not going to publish it.

Al Baghdadi is Al Qaeda spokesman, the role attributed to him as leader of Islamic State is not true but regardless his speeches are what Al Qaeda tells him to say.

I think you are missing the point here. Al Baghdadi speaks on behalf of Al Qaeda and that is what matters at the end.

Al Baghdadi was made up for propoganda purposes. On the other hand if the 200 number is correct, they are probably widely disbursed and unable to be coordinated in any way. In other words, on the run. I suspect the locals will identify them and they will soon all be “martyrs”. This send a message to would be jihadists thinking of going to iraq, that it is a one way journey. Bad for recruiting.
To: Old Retired Army Guy
Agree 100%. I think some folks here are dismissing this because AL Baghdadi is not the real leader of the Islamic State of Iraq, but this is a wrong assessment because even though he is not what Al Qaeda portrays him to be he still is the sopkesman of Al Qaeda and he says what Al Qaeda tells him to say.

Just for fun, I played with the math, and took a few liberties.
110,000 Iraqi terrorists killed
9,800 foreign born terrorists killed
119,800 total terrorists killed
2,036,600 virgins.
And some people say abstinence programs don’t work!
And at this point a sad question to ponder is if there are more foreigners in Iraq rooting for AQ, or more foreigners in the two houses of Congress rooting for AQ.

But arent the virgins no longer available? One interesting thing about that...
The way the society is set up in the middle east, the rich guys get the girls (more than 1 if they can afford it) and everyone else goes begging. Terrorists are primarily drawn from the young men... sometime college students, but usually people that just don't have a job but DO have a lot of time on their hands. No women and no work makes for a fertile ground for terrorism (France is a good example of this!)
I think when those fools get to 'heaven' they're going to find that the only virgins around are each other! =)
I don't suppose it'd be a good ad campaign, though. "Martyr yourself and go to heaven to spend eternity with 23 disgruntled guys!"

What if this GOOD NEWS had been out there a year ago when tester edged out BURNS by 729 votes out of 250,000 cast in Montana? That loss meant dem control of the senate, what are we going to do about it a year from now?

I know, however I do not think Iraq was the main issue why the Republicans lost Congress in 2006. Despite the loss, I think the democrats would have better stayed in the minority as the have failed beyond anyone imagination as a majority party on Congress.

I don’t doubt that one bit,,,
When I Google > Abu Omar al-Baghdadi < and go down the list
I find that he is dead/captured/a fake/never existed/is
really Khalid al-Mashadani/still runnin’ loose/etc./etc.,,,
I’m sure you translated the words accurately but I guess I’m
in doubt of the truthfulness of the person that spoke them.
We can start the body-count from here to prove the truth...

I seem to remember the Brits saying that as far as the Muslim is concerned, victory does not really matter, just the Jihad. That sort of explains the casual acceptance of the spokesman of throwing away the lives of 10 thousand Jihadist... No conclusion, just a temporary respite until the next crop comes of age and tests it’s manhood. Flypaper analogy does seems like a good one.

Here is the story of Abou Omar Al Baghdadi:
Back in October 2006 Al Qaeda in Iraq created the so called "The Islamic State in Iraq" in order to put an Iraqi face to their terrorist campaign. They also chose this actor and nicknamed him Abou Omar Al Baghdadi and gave him this big religious name as the "Emir of the Faithful" but in reality he is only a spokesman of Al Qaeda. Therefore what this guy is saying is not something he came up with on his own, he was simply reading a speech by the left over of Al Qaeda leadership in Iraq.
