I know, however I do not think Iraq was the main issue why the Republicans lost Congress in 2006. Despite the loss, I think the democrats would have better stayed in the minority as the have failed beyond anyone imagination as a majority party on Congress.

The country is almost evenly divided between givers and takers, adults and infants. Conservative republicans lie awake at night, dreaming of how to improve their business; liberal dems lie awake at night, dreaming of how to get more of the republican’s money. Can you think of a more accurate description?
