SMITHDALE --A Mississippian who lost both legs in Iraq has married his girlfriend in a hospital-room ceremony.
Army Spec. Josh A. Wells, 21, married Brandi M. Clark, 19, in a Nov. 20 ceremony at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio.

“Tried reading the whole article but the screen kept blurring up.”
“I seem to be having the same problem. Is this an XP thing, or do I have to get special glasses...”
I have this little thingy called a kleenex (some call it tissue) and it seems to really help. Great invention for blurry monitors.
OMG you two are absolutely ADORABLE! Congratulations and best wishes. Keep us posted on how things are going. You both have our love and prayers.
b-b-b-b-but what do I do when the box is empty?
There’s also something called toilet paper. Try that - it works just as well.
Best wishes and Congratulations to you both!
You’re both heroes, thank you.
Your name is gorgeous. Don't pay attention to that person. Probably a whiny liberal who snuck in here or something. ;-)
This thread has me blubbering like a baby! You two are what makes America great! You'll love being in Texas. The people are very friendly and accepting.

You both are so beautiful. Brandi is a fine name. I think some on here are teetotalers and I guess they have problems with names like Sherry or Brandi. (They go for names like Maude and Gertrude.)
Nothing at all wrong with the name. IMO, it is a nice name.
josh should be getting his stitches out next week !! our story is getting all around the country. it’s really blowing my mind. people we don’t even know have been so generous to us.
Thanks for the ping LJ.
And Welcome Brandi!! You are in one of the greatest cities in the US. We have it all here..... and most important, we have the care needed to help both of you.
We’ve seen a lot of miracles on FR...the prayer warriors here are the BEST! Some day when you have a few hours, read the story of Logan aka Texas Termite, my miracle grandson. You will see how everyone becomes a family in time of need.
If you need anything, send me a private freepmail and I will give you my phone number.
Prayers, big Texas hugs... and Welcome!! (And please give your sweet husband a kiss and tell him “Thank You” from all of us.)
