Your argument has no logic. you assume abstinence has 100% failure rate and that Condoms are 100% effective.
Abstinence is 100% effective in stopping pregnancy and STD’s whereas condoms, depending on their usage and their quality have a less than 100% effectiveness stopping pregnancy and considerably less effectiveness at preventing STDs.
Condoms have ZERO effectiveness in stopping infection of the recipient of anal sex since they can self-infect (their own fecal matter coming into contact with lesions caused earlier by their partner.
And claiming abstinence is failed strategy by superimposing your own shortcomings and moral failings on others is not a legitimate argument. You can’t assume everyone is as weak or morally bankrupt as you are.

I’d say he does have an agenda.

Planned Parenthood is evil to the core. They care about one thing. Money. Abstinence brings them no money. Their money comes from promoting sex to children, giving them birth control and knowing it will fail, then killing the human byproduct.
