They did that down here in Houston when the NASA guy took a hostage, too.

You'll be home for Chrishmush? Good for you!! Yep! Looking forward to getting home and getting some good Tex-Mex and a Texans game.
Stay safe.....
I will. I'll stay out of the bad parts of Houston.

A sub-prime hostage situation emerging as the count resets?

It wasn’t a complaint, it was a preemptive reminder. waiting until the damage is done is a democratic/liberal approach to things.

Beats dragging your a$$ on the ice... Who told you! (the Ice Storm of 1998 - every square inch of everything sprayed covered in inches of ice - without power - read flush - for 19 days...gives me cold chill even now)

Probably some pathetic, delusional loser who just watched “John Q” and thinks this is the best way to go about scoring some free health care.

I read somewhere that it was originally Duck tape - popularly name because it was developed to seal leaks on WW2 amphibious vehicles.
Since it was handy after the war when heaters were plumbed into new houses - it was an easy shift from duck to duct.
In either form it was forerunner to today's wildly superior Hundred Mile an Hour Tape, which seems to hold up quite well at 200 plus.[Yes, NASCAR season is over and I WILL be making needless references to it from now until mid February]
