November 29, 2007
Dear Senator Clinton,
Regarding the "plant", retired Brig. Gen. Keith H. Kerr, that you sent to ask me the question at the CNN-YouTube debate last night in Florida
Send more!!!
Merry Christmas,
Duncan Hunter

From Romney’s answer to the question, I’d say HE is ready for a slot on “Dancing With the Stars!”
He did a little waltz, a little fandango, and a whole lot of soft-shoe all around that one!
Friggin’ politicians!

CNN can delete it, but it just makes them look even worse. It’s been shown all over the place! Heck, even Scarborough scolded them for it!

Ok so this proves that they think it’s only about this general. What about the other three or four with ties to the dhimmicrats?

I also noticed when they replayed excerpts they only had McCain saying Bush didn’t have foreign policy expertize so he had to rely on Cheney. They leave out that McCain follwed it up by saying..that all presidents have areas that they are unfamiliar with and that they need to rely on a VP for those areas. Just another swift edit from CNN.. so they can say “see, look everyone hates Bush...look..look..”pity that CNN has discarded journalism.

Outstanding answer and note by Hunter....

["We regret this, and apologize to the Republican candidates. We never would have used the General's question had we known that he was connected to any presidential candidate."]
Yes. Especially since this a-hole also misrepresented himself as a (US) Army general, when he is only a "California Army" politically appointed "general". This guy is more phony than John Kerry.

Of course the “expunged” it. It made Hunter look like a man and made Romney look like the lying, waffling crypto-lib he is.

Frankly, this needs to be posted on every Mitt thread:
COOPER: [Former Massachusetts] Governor [Mitt] Romney, you said in 1994 that you looked forward to the day when gays and lesbians could serve, and I quote, "openly and honestly in our nation's military." Do you stand by that?
ROMNEY: This isn't that time. This is not that time. We're in the middle of a war. The people who have watched --
COOPER: Do you look forward to that time, though, one day?
ROMNEY: I'm going to listen to the people who run the military to see what the circumstances are like, and my view is that, at this stage, this is not the time for us to make that kind of a change.

I watched the 12 midnight-2am ET re-broadcast of the debate last night. The gay general was edited out. Unbelievable...

What the flaming General didn’t point out is that 99 out of 100 people separated from the military for being gay, are not really gay. Almost all of them are cases of heterosexual individuals wanting to get out of the service who raise their hands and say, “I recently realized I’m as queer as a football bat” and I request separation from the service.
They get an Honorable Discharge and walk away, often just after completing a couple years of very valuable technical training, but right before they would be assigned to a ship or deploying unit.

Fox and Friends is asking the question this morning as to whether the CNN debacle was a conspiracy or incompetence.
I am convinced it is both. They were obviously consipiring. This is borne out by simple reasoning. When one considers how many LEGITIMATE undecided conservatives had probably put their name into the hat to ask a question, and THIS MANY of the questioners turn out to be plants... it is a statistical certainty that it was intentional and that CNN was a willing participant.
It is also incompetence, borne out by the fact that they got caught.

CNN is mortified at the prospect of Duncan Hunter as the GOP nominee. He’s the only candidate who can take all of the Reagan democrats back and he’s been on topic from the beginning in addressing the biggest issues in this campaign- illegal immigration, unfair trade, and the war on terror.

There was a video on the CNN site yesterday where John Roberts interviews the general. The video is long gone now, however, I did find this report:
Roberts didnt press Kerr further on that matter, and asked the retired general if he ever thought about disclosing these campaign affiliations. He answered, No, it never concerned me, because I had not really participated in that, and then went on to say that he had supported some Republicans, and was registered as an independent in California.

If CNN finds it so easy to expunge the truth, I think that it’s time that I expunge CNN.
Radio, television, cable and satellite.
All of it.
All the time.
