Awww geeez. I have $50 that says if they kept it in rebroadcasts people would be whining THAT would be a conspiracy by CNN.
There is no “media conspiracy” to silence Duncan Hunter.
What is it about today and nutjobs? Ran into some 9/11 Truthers this morning (I tried to get them to agree that the Titanic sinking was an inside job,) the whole Hillary thing and this.

In a big way, this is even worse than Viacom changing the Hillary! boos to cheers in the FDNY Tribute show.
CNN is erasing history buy dropping the question and answer from their future broadcasts of the debate, as if that "news" never happened.
Let the Pharaohs at the MSM wipe out that event from history.

I hereby delete your comment and will make sure that all your remarks, intelligent and humorous as the are, will be relegated to obscurity and utter oblibvion.
Or so goes the editorial policy of CNN about Duncan Hunter.
Nope, no "conspiracy," just an undemocratic editorial policy.
Send more.

CNN is an ugly train wreck. . .or should be.
Guess they could not remove all the frauds; or there would have been no debate for 'rerun'.

ROBERTS: So there's the question, and retired Army Brigadier General Keith Kerr joins me now this morning. We discovered after the debate last night that you are, in fact, a member of Hillary Clinton's Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgendered steering committee. We did not -- we did a background check, and we found that you have not made any campaign contributions to any candidate. Does that still stand?
What kind of background check, I wonder? Has anyone from the CNN/YouTube Debates heard of Google? It sure didn't take long for other people to find out about this guy. "We did a background check" indeed.

The scary thing about CNN is they believe they are unbiased. Gwen Ifill asked Gloria Borger (who works for CNN now) on PBS's Washington Week in Review about the planted question(er), and Borger replied that CNN did vet the general but didn't discover the link to Hillary! -- although she didn't address whether CNN can't have known what the plant intended to ask the GOP candidates.
She said instead that it was a fair and good question to ask.
I conclude from the Ifill-Borger exchange that even liberals concede that it was a below-the-belt stunt that CNN is responsible for having failed to filter.

So it was out there after all, and CNN had to know the guy was gay.
It's almost irrelevant whether the guy was connected to Shrillery.
It's like Fox hosting the Dems and springing a morals question from Pope Benedict or Billy Graham Jr., seeded in the audience incognito, as a ringer for John Q. Public.

I think its pretty obvious, in retrospect, our search should have turned this up, Jon Klein, the president of CNNs domestic networks, said in an interview.

In a statement published in a November 29 post on CNN's Political Ticker blog, CNN senior vice president David Bohrman, the executive producer of the debate, apologized for selecting Kerr's question, given his campaign affiliation: "We regret this, and apologize to the Republican candidates. We never would have used the General's question had we known that he was connected to any presidential candidate."
Nothing like having your cake and eating it too, eh?

What I would have liked a candidate to say: "Our military exists to protect this country and win wars. To the extent that it provides employment and career opportunities, that's a bonus, but it must not detract from its primary mission. Military command believes that allowing overt homosexuals into the military would reduce its effectiveness, and I see no reason to doubt their judgment." Such an answer would undermine liberal claims of "depriving the military of good people", "putting religion into government", etc. and would also help expose liberals' true agenda.
